Good infrastructure, good food, lots of parking space, nice clean and spacious rooms and washroom with all the amenities and well behaved staff. Overall I had a comfortable stay.

Food options are limited though the prices are quite high. Despite having made the entire payment, I was charged 2 thousand odd Rupees at the time of check out for the room, for reasons best known to them. This hotel is exorbitantly priced as compared to several other 3, 4, and 5 star hotels where I have stayed in so many bigger cities of India where I found better amenities at lesser prices.

Friendly staff, very quiet place. The food in the restaurant was very good.

The room was fine but the bathroom and facilities were old and poorly maintained.But overall, I would recommend it as a very good place to stay for two or three days to visit Vrindavan and Mathura.

Staff was courteous and breakfast was excellent with lot of variety..

Perhaps we are freak since we are not used to staying hotels in India but could have been little more cleaner.... Not that it wasn't but just could be a little better..... Overall satisfying experience...

Lot of great things about this place: 1) Location- Away from the hustle of the city, it is nicely located and being close to the Cantonment makes the location look much more nicer and cleaner 2) Rooms- Are very well maintained, clean, nice decor and has pretty much everything that you need. We went in winter and a heater was already there without even we specifically having to ask for it 3) Housekeeping- one of the best I have seen in terms of response times. Whatever we requested was sent in less then 5 minutes. Pretty amazing 4) Staff- very courteous, nice to talk to and extremely helpful 5) Parking- Ample parking and conveniently located very close to the lobby. Very thoughtfully done ! 6) Food- All veg- which was very good for us and good quality overall Little things like- at checkout the staff checked the rooms on their own to see if we have left anything accidentally behind, managed the key on their own, quick checkout. Overall a great experience

Food is too good. I enjoyed breakfast and dinner. rooms were clean and spacious.

There was party in the hotel and DJ was playing songs till late, disturbing all the guest. also, there were people from the party given a room for drinks and smoke just front of my room. They were drinking and making noise with the room’s door open late night. very uncomfortable for me and my mother who is 70 years old. Hotel admin should have taken care of that. why the room been given to those party people next to the rooms where guest were staying? not a good gesture at all.

Breakfast was good and everyone had found something to try on their liking. Rooms were clean, spacious and good though may not be like a high-end star hotel. We were a group of six people and opted to have dinner at the restaurant which is pure vegetarian. The food was excellent. We were very impressed with taste and service (Mr. Veer). Palak panneer was excellent. We were so impressed with the overall food that one of us called out the chef and personally thanked him. The location has very good and ample parking.

This is not about dislike but mentioning that location is slightly away from main town. So we need to plan visit with our own vehicle.

We had a very warm welcome when we arrived. Staff were very helpful with our elderly mother who was in a wheel chair.

We arrived a little late at night, around 9ish pm and ordered dinner, if a dish was not available they didn't tell us right away we were told half an hour later and by then the kitchen would be closed.

Excellent staff ,polite ,well behaved,property is truly wonderful ,good food ,overall experience was too good . Would definitely recommend for this hotel ,

Food is little costly

Very Comfortable stay. My second time. Food was good, More variety would be nice. Waiting for the spa to open. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Quiet location.

Just some constructive suggestion: Please put a towel rod and a grab bar in the shower area. I had mentioned this during my last visit.

THE BREAK FAST WAS OK NOTHING EXCEPTIONAL. THE IDLI WAS NOT UPTO STANDARD AS IT WAS VERY HARD. BUT OVERALL THE FOOD WAS OK INCLUDING THE DINNER

THE FLY WAS PRESNT DURING THE BREAK FAST WHICH WAS ANNOYING. SHOULD INSTALL THE MACHINE FOR AVOIDING FLY IN THE RESTAURANT OVER ALL NICE EXPERIENCE THANK YOU
