I have been visiting this property for almost an year now and its safe to say that its been good. The staffs are really good and the rooms are very comfortable.very well located. good cooperative and friendly staff. comfortable stay.Location of the hotel, easy to locate and peaceful area. Hotel staff is helpful and reception staff very helpful and polite.

The cleanliness, the rooms, facilities, wonderful breakfast, cordial and cooperative staff, and location.

Like typical Mumbai-style hotels, rooms do not have windows or ventilation. The price is according to Mumbai standards but should be a bit cheaper - may be a few hundred rupees less would make it perfect.

All staff are very well behaved and ready to help with smile on face। Managerial cooperation was superb। I was allotted a room that was little bit dampy and water comes out from floor. on my compline at next morning, we were shifted immidiately to another room which was really good to live having separate bed for third guest and no floor matress to sleep on floor. All bathroom fittings are mordern and very clean। All rooms are having smart card locking system, no key business। Food stuff are nice and delicious, but little bit costly।

The damping floor, frosted bathroom door having big gap allthrough between wall and door, some electrical points maainly female sockets are to be taken care off and replaced if necessary। Front entrance should be more cleaner।

It is good, comfortable and behaviour of staff very good.

Room size & bath are little small than expected.

I like the manners of hotel staff that was very appreciable and good..

The interior of hotel is good.There is good ordering facility also and food quality is very nice.

Hotel is superb and located in best location. Receptionist madam and other staff are great peoples and one of the nice staffs ever I meet. My stay was unbelievable. Good luck and great job.
