Location is very convenient if you want to catch a flight

I recently stayed at your hotel for the second time, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by the poor behavior of the reception staff. On both occasions, I found the receptionist to be rude and lacking in basic customer service skills. I witnessed him treating other customers with the same disrespect. Furthermore, during my latest stay, I was disturbed by the noise from the kitchen staff at 12:30 am. They were shouting and running around, making it difficult for me to sleep. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and consider retraining or replacing the reception staff. Additionally, please remind your kitchen staff to maintain a respectful noise level, especially during late hours.

It was easy to get to terminal 2 from this hotel, just 15 minute taxi ride or two metro stops. The room was clean and quiet at night, even though the hotel is just one block away from a major avenue, and a metro station. Service at the front desk was friendly and the room has a desk which I found to be very useful. Wifi worked well.

There are no windows in the room. And no common areas either. You get breakfast brought to your room. But that seems to be the norm for hotels of this price range near the Mumbai airport. Also, the room did not come with toilet paper. I asked for it at the front desk, the guy at the front desk said he would get me some toilet paper, but never did that. I stayed for 2 nights and the toilet paper situation was not resolved. The neighborhood around the hotel is noisy and chaotic, so be prepared for that.

Strategically located in between all the main locations. 10min to the Pheonix mall and you can get all the brands in the mall. No need to go anywhere else. It will take you 30min to Bandra, 40min to Malaad, 1 hour to Colaba,40min to Gateway of India. This travel time is during peak hours. If you travel during non-peak hours it will way lesser time. Bonus - there is a nice Bar right opposite to this hotel and their meal is super good.

Congested and very dirty area, it is right at the traffic junction at there is a Metro station. No one will have change of small money. Having small change is a real tough thing in India nowadays.

The entrance to the hotel could be slightly better.

Clean sheets and bathroom. Staff took very good care of us. Breakfast was complementary and was lovely. Very close to other eating amenities.

The air conditioner did wet the floor a little. Room did not have see through windows, a little claustrophobic. TV was not going, we did some adjustment and started going.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location.it is Near saki naka metro station and airport tarminal 1 as well.yes, room was also clean but it's packed and also The size is compact.the price I paid was not worth the experience.

It’s fantastic clean hotel to stay. Close to all the basic needs and airport. Staff are friendly and kind. Very satisfying worth for money. I stayed many times in this hotel on break journeys. They are the best staff and no disturbance at all.

It's absolutely amazing experience here, Location is on main road opposite is Metro Station it was nice experience with rooms and Staff are very helpful and co operative, Wi-Fi speed was amazing you can download a full movie in minutes also the evening tea was given complimentary to me

ew minutes walk from the Saki Naka metro station. Go for the room with the windows if available (Not all that noisy as other guests claim). The rooms maybe need a bit of airing out but was overall very good. As a solo traveller was very happy with the room even though it was on the smaller side. Linen and bathrooms were clean. There was handsoap and shower gel in the bathroom.
