Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Perfect location for the hotel, staff were always extremely helpful. Room was very nice and kept clean. Hotel stored luggage before and after check in/check out which was also very helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

Irfan at the front desk was very helpful and assisted us on the various places nearby. Breakfast was one of the highlights. Good poha, idly .. There was an issue with the AC, this was attended & resolved quickly.

Parking space has to be improved. I understand there is some road work which is making it difficult to accommodate more cars. Anyway, this was the feedback I wanted to convey.

Fantastic Experience. One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been to. Kind, warm, welcoming and generous staff. Its very hard to say anything negative about this outstanding hotel. We had a pleasant stay and the hospitality was top notch. Their behavior toward us is just amazing. The location of this palace is Outstanding.Thanks a lot for all the supports staffs. We travelled in Ramadan month as we do sehri in the morning so they arranged sehri for us.That was really unexpected for us . Rest all was good
