I’ve been staying at this hotel since 2017, and it has consistently been a fantastic experience. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short distance from the airport and close to the Sakinaka Metro Station. The staff here are always welcoming, courteous, and attentive, and this visit was no exception. I’d like to give a special mention to Nishant, the front office executive, for his exceptional service and helpfulness. The breakfast is also a highlight — while the variety is limited, everything offered is absolutely delicious and well-prepared. I always look forward to my stays here!

Close to the airport. Just 10 mnts even in traffic. Lots of food shops near. Sakinaka MRT is about 300 away. Good upscale restaurants are also.near by (500m). Lots of taxis around and can negotiate. ACs work perfectly. Clean room. Clean bed and pillows.

Breakfast is Idli/gravey, + toast bread/butter, corn flakes but two days the milk was not there. Then omlet. All same everyday. Not much choice to watch on TV. Mostly local channels. When they change/clean the room, they always took the old towel and forgot to put a new towel. So I endes up asking for the towel every day.

Very suitable location for reaching CST lnternational Airport at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Who needs few hours/a day or so, stay in Mumbai earlier to boarding for International flight.

Staff is of helping and co-operative nature. Response to my last hour request for arranging taxi to airport was excellen

Owasi and another receiption guy (don't recollect his name) was really helpful, also the guy in night shift was helpful, helped me in getting the cutlery delivered to my room. Room was clean however 2 adjoining beds are still a concern for me, compact room and rest overall experience was good.

Clean tidy room, Fast and responsive Room service, and convenience of location from the T2 International Airport.

Flickering of one of the bed room lights, even though the room was decently sized there should be a storage compartment and an electric Kettle.

I like this hotel and perfect location easy to get metro, 20 min from airport and safe

No hair dryer and breakfast not much only Indian veg menu, however close with 7-11 and nice restaurants.

The entire staff is polite. Location is a great point to come back here. Rooms are pretty clean, but they need a paint job on the walls. Along with the availability of parking and allowing food delivery at the hotel is great.

The rooms are pretty small and lack any ventilation as they don't have any windows in the room. The walls are a little dirty. And, most importantly, the TV didn't have any channels.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The location is apt for airport proximity.

There was problem with the cooling of the AC. The room was not getting sufficiently cool. The rooms could have a little more ventilation.

Cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere. Well maintained property. Nice and kind staff. Very good breakfast. Coffee / Tea vending machine round the clock. quick check in check out facility. ideal location .

The hotel location is very good. The staff is very decent and caring. Reception is phenominal. Breakfast is decent amenities are upto mark. Corridors are very clean. Particularly the hotel is best place when you are travelling with family. I highly recommend the place.

Nothing much to complain, i think dinning area has scope for improvement
