I had an incredibly peaceful and memorable stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home with their warm hospitality and attentiveness. The atmosphere is tranquil, and the location is perfect, offering breathtaking views that create a serene escape from the world. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service—every request was met with care, and the manager, Sourabh, stood out with his politeness and professionalism. He went above and beyond, even assisting us during an unexpected illness, ensuring we had everything we needed. The hotel itself exudes five-star quality, from its cleanliness to the overall experience. The food was delicious and impressively affordable. The stay was very peaceful. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Best hospitality provided. The ambience is very good and the location and the view from the hotel is very beautiful. Loved staying here. The hotel is not less than a five star quality hotel. Manager named sourabh is very polite and has helped with everything. The food was also good with minimal rates. Even they have helped us in sickness and have provided every thing we have asked for. Thank you and would choose it again for stay here.

I had a very nice experience at La Eden Hotel, Mussoorie. The staff was incredibly cooperative and helpful throughout my stay. A special mention to the owner of the property, who was a true gentleman. He generously gave us his valuable time, sharing his rich experience in the hotel industry, which added a personal touch to our visit. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend La Eden Hotel to anyone visiting Mussoorie!

The rooms had a lovely view and staff was very warm and accomodating. Main plus is that it has a parking so getting your own car is not an issue.

Feels like it's slightly on the expensive side. It's a great place with good rooms and a lovely view but the price tag doesn't quite hit the right note.

Food was very tasty and nice view from room. Co-operative staff. Open roof top terrace was very attractive. In House parking facility available. Owner Mr Pankaj Wadhwa also co-operative.

The taste of the food was Nice and the Location was also good

The stay was good and comfortable with really nice rooms, but the problem was with bathroom.

The shower knob was broken and we were not even able to take shower properly.

1. They want all the amount upfront on the day we check-in at vary moment.Booking.com should create a new filter for hotel which follow this policy. 2.They want the amount as cash/UPI. Why we can't use our Credit Card in this century.They give lame excuse that internet not working in the POS machine. I work in POS business . I know even it can run on a hotspot. 3. The Wi-Fi sucks , why these hotels are still doing a basic internet recharge when they know thier usage bandwidth is much more
