Great experience at the hotel. Thanks to Paridhi who reached out to us one day in advance giving us the needed directions!! Enjoyed the garden view room. Food was good with lot of variety!! Enjoyed the breakfast, evening snacks and dinner!! Kids loved the indoor activities glass painting, clay activities, carrom, table tennis and archery outdoors. They guided us on a jungle trek. Thanks to Dheerender for his patience with kids during recreational activities and gave us a good history during the jungle trek.

Everything was great. Did not find anything that disappointed us.

Excellent location. Extremely neat and clean rooms. Very courteous and helpful staff, especially Ms. Paridhi, and others in front office and guest relations. Superb preparations by the chef, and very attentive restaurant staff especially Mr. Trepan, and Mr. Sandeep, and one more kind lady in dark colored uniform whose name i can't recall (sorry). They all work like a team that is only interested in ensuring your comfort. Food prepared in hotel's restaurant is 100 times better and safer than many nearby restaurants outside on the mall road.

Both problems mentioned below are easy to ignore if you are there for less than 7 days. I am writing for the hotel to improve, but not to discourage you from booking. 1) Washbasin is a little too far from where you stand, so it is ok to wash hands, but if you want to wash your face, you end up spiling a little water. 2) Shaving mirror position in not correct. Light from above makes the shaving mirror useless. They can reinstall to a better position.

The location of the hotel is great but due to local restrictions, rules, and regulations, there is a major issue of transferring luggage from one vehicle to the other just to travel the last 100 meters to the hotel. Although the hotel is very prompt in giving the necessary support for the same The most amazing part of the hotel is the staff and the way they look after you. I would like to put on record an amazing customer experience thanks to the managers Sandeep and Manjot, Gokul the head of housekeeping, Paridhi and Noor at the front desk, and others at the front desk whose names I may have missed out The highlight of our stay was the positive support from the chef Vijay who went out of his way to create gluten-free options to cater to my daughter's dietary restrictions including a wonderful gluten-free cake for her birthday supported by surprise room decoration by Gokul and his team

Excellent behaviour of the staff. And a beautiful breakfast spread. The dining space overlooks the hills. The front office is really helpful and friendly. I must mention Paridhi.

Would love to have a little comfortable chairs in the rooms. Also a shoe polishing machine should be installed. The high tea has no quality as such. Dry sandwiches and potato vadas or samosas every evening was not desirable.

The room is nice. Hotel is nice. Food is very tasty. People are amazing. Would definitely visit again.

The view was obstructed with construction. The person who books the rooms with a view, certainly doesn't expect it to be partially blocked by construction. Also, bathroom is a bit too small, but it is how it is. The small mirror was broken when we arrived. However, the staff tried to put it on us. Which was a bit shocking.

Food: Was great, food manager at the breakfast was really responsive and responsible, ensured everything was on time. Location: Is good and very near to Mall Road. Vibe: Garden and overall feel of the place is really good. Rep Staff: Paridhi Parihar as the manager was great support, really welcoming and caring. Best point of contact at the reception. Staff: Everyone was helpful and service was quick as well. Shubham specifically was really helpful as well.

The staff is absolutely exceptional. While everyone was very helpful and courteous, a special shout-out to Palak who went above and beyond to help us in everything . They were very accommodating for all requests for our infant. We took interconnecting rooms which were nice,clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel has a very decent play area and activities for children of all ages. The children aged 7/8 years took part in a glass painting activity which they were very happy with. The smaller ones had a nice time in the baby play area. The restaurant 'Glasshouse' is very nicely made. Complimentary high tea is served everyday in the evening (around 4) and there is live music every night (except 1 weekday). The peppy music made dinner a very lively experience. The breakfast buffet has a decent variety.

The bathroom is absolutely tiny.

They have porters for carrying luggage to the hotel and customers have to walk down to the hotel. Moreover they asked us only to pay the porters for carrying our luggage from the road to the hotel. This is not at all expected from any 4 star hotel.

The location is not "on the mall" which actually could have been a problem, given the noise on the mall. It is located just off the mall at one end. The mall is small so its not an issue but the information can be useful. (The other fancier hotel too is off the mall at the other end).

Location was excellent on mall road. Lovely garden Overlooking valley.

Needs renovation and updating. Also lack of direct possiblity of visiting cars not registered in Mussoorie to be able to drop off at reception and hence had to wheel bags about 500m from point of alightment. Hotel should sort this out and have a service to pick up new guests for check in.
