The Location of the Property was very near to the Barricades of the Mall Road, thereby mall road was accessible by foot. The staff, property and food in all was good and next to perfect. Room was to our liking and spacious for our child to roam around freely.

The winter Green rooms should also be with a view instead of the parking lot. 😉 Also, specifically mention for people to not get off at the Library chowk barricades which is 2 kms from the hotel and reaching is a task if you are travelling for the first time.

Hotels in India could always be cleaner, however I have few complaints. The main problem was the monkeys, who patrolled the restaurant balcony like the mafia, intimidating diners and taking what they pleased (including phones and bags) from the tables. Mussoorie is lovely but the cars and motorbikes need to be diverted away from the main shopping/walking thoroughfare. The honking horns of motorbikes as they push through the crowd of walkers creates pollution and stress.

Amazing staff, very helpful. Starting from the front desk to the restaurant team, everyone was aligned to make our stay comfortable. Location is bang on the picture palace end of the Mall Road. Very convenient in terms of taking a taxi for local sightseeing. Food is amazing.

Getting into the hotel after 4 PM maybe a hassle because of the Mall Road restriction but it’s quite walkable and staff comes for assistance if you let them know of your late arrival. Rooms need a bit of sprucing up.

Property is nicely maintained. Our suite was in the new wing and it still had the fresh feel... The valley view from the balcony was great. Catering and food options at the hotel are superb (both for breakfast & dinner). The High Tea and games organized by the hotel in the evening helped us to unwind and entertain ourselves. Would highly recommend a visit to Jabarkhet Nature Reserve and Landour instead of visiting the usual tourist spots at Mussoorie which are always crowded.

Approach road to the hotel - You need to walk approx 70 meters from the point where you get down from the taxi (at Picture Pallace) and this approach road is always crowded. The length of the bed in our room was on the shorter side, this can be an issue for someone who is more than 6 ft tall. There are no fans in the rooms and the air conditioning cooling can be better. There is nothing to do at Mussoorie apart from walking the mall road which is always overcrowded.

The location was great and the room we got was amazing. It had a full view of Mussoorie and an infinity view of Dehradun The staff was very courteous, friendly and took very good care of the guests needs Food variety was great. Also extra effort taken to prepare local specials or dishes as per season at the hotel. Special mention of the Masala tea counter especially when the weather got very cold. Hotel recommended Sagar's local tours to us. With Sagar we did some very different and interesting walks of Landour and Mussoorie. He is a local resident and a trekking enthusiast. He can curate some really good experiences for the guests. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and fulfilling.

Nothing particular. Just that sometimes the dessert variety is too much. They can do with fewer but good dishes. Cannot really open the windows due to fear of monkeys.

The Fern Brentwood was clean and well-maintained. The rooms were excellent in size and the staff were very attentive. It was off the main road which meant the location was excellent as the bazaar was in easy walking distance, but it was much quieter and safer. The choice of food was excellent and the breakfast was delicious - especially the chai!

The rooms can be noisy at night. There were musicians playing in the restaurant but the noise carried. This could be improved if the musicians were placed further into the restaurant.

It was an amazing experience. The room was big and well equipped, the staff was very courteous and helpful, the breakfast and evening hi tea had a very good selection, and the view from the room was beautiful, although one had to look sideways a little to enjoy it. Last week, they had an on going food festival called Delhi-6, and so the dinner was a buffet system. We could have ordered a-la-carte, but decided to try out the buffet. Turned out to be an excellent choice. Overall a very pleasant experience. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to my friends too.

There were a couple of things that were not so good. One was the fact that the entrance to the hotel was a very narrow congested lane. That I am sure, the management can do nothing about, but it was still a slight turnoff. The other thing was that they have converted the balcony into an internal sitting space. The balcony would definitely have been better. Other than that nothing to complain about.

Prime location, center of the city at Mall Road,?the staff was friendly and well behaved

The rooms could be slightly larger , some of the essentials like shower cap, bath robs, bathroom slippers were missing. Some sort of construction was going on even in the night and was causing a lot of disturbance, eventually it was stopped when I reported it multiple times.

Comfortable and spacious rooms, nice ambience and beautiful interior. Cooperative staffs. We enjoyed every meal in half board and complementary tea with snacks in lawns with light music. Breakfast and buffet in dinner are delicious. Nice servcies by Nipendra Kumar, suraj and kamal. Kids really enjoyed the play area. Rajni madam We love to visit and dine with you next time....

Overpriced on days of season or vacations

Beautiful property, very well maintained. 2 mins walk from entrance of mall road, so very convenient location. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast spread and quality was amazing. They also had complimentary high tea with breakfast and live music. Overall a memorable stay!

Everything was great
