Beautiful property just in the middle of the mall road and center. We had an amazing stay out there. Good staff and service. Value for money. We would recommend. Thanks :)

They can provide porter service for arriving guests considering the fact cabs are not allowed inside. Alternatively pick up and drop with car. Internet can be better as people need to work from home these days.

Hotel Manager and staff were very helpful.

The location is a bit off the main road uphill. Though the staff made efforts to arrange pick up and drop at times but it was not possible every time. Walking up the hill after complete day out was a bit difficult for the kids.

The breakfast is very good. We like it so much 🙂🙂

Good location, although busy, there were lots to see including the beautiful scenery of hills and valleys. Hotel food was lovely, freshly prepared.

Struggled to reach top of hotel with large luggages, found out vehicles do not have access. We did phone the hotel before booking, they mentioned vehicles have access which was a disappointment. Shower was not working, had to wait a while to be provided with another working shower, this was resolved.

Heater chargeable! Like what ??? It was 2 degrees ofcourse we cant freeze and charge 300/- per night!!!! Full loot!! There is no 24x7 reception! We tried calling so much on the so called emergency number which they gave but nobody answered! We had to go down and tell them to open the gates at 7am as we had to leave! Inspite of informing them that i will be leaving early nobody was there to attend. Not recommended!!

My phone was stolen from the room and hotel staff was non responsive. Worst experiance i had ever. Will never use this app neither hotel. Hotel one day stay cost me 50k
