The location, very near to the mall road, though you need to walk about 300 meters through a narrow corridor from main road. The area of dining is also superb with nice view over valley and distant mountains. Rooms are big and clean. Food is fine. It may need some time to prepare for dinner particularly.

The parking, and you have to pay. Though it was promised in Booking.com that it will be free! Few more power sockets in room will help considering the number of gadgets we use these days. Persons with walking difficulties should avoid booking this hotel.

The best part about this hotel was the staff. They were extremely polite and kind. They decorated the entire dining area for my birthday and even brought medicine for my brother in the middle of the night. They were very accommodating with every request. The food was excellent and freshly prepared. The breakfast items were particularly more delicious. For dining, there was a hall with a stunning view and a basic play area for kids. They also had an open rooftop dining area, which was the perfect place for breakfast and dinner. It's a great spot to take some fantastic pictures. The main entrance was pleasant for a walk. The rooms were quite spacious, and the bed was big enough for 2-3 people. The view from my room was simply wonderful. They also provided extra blankets, towels, water jugs and bottles, glasses, handwashing soap, geysers, and a TV. This is the best place if you’re looking for an amazing view.

Rooms used to get quite smelly as there wasn’t much ventilation. If you opened the window, the rooms would get cold, and if you didn’t, they would get smelly. Although the staff would come and clean the room as many times as you asked, the only problem was with the location. My parents weren’t very comfortable with walking on hilly roads, so if you want an amazing view and are comfortable with walking a bit, then this is the perfect place to stay. However, if you don’t like walking, you might want to compromise on the view and choose another place.

I recently stayed at O Pioneer, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The service was outstanding, the staffs went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, making it a welcoming environment. The food was a highlight—each dish tasted like home-cooked comfort, satisfying and delicious. Overall, O Pioneer offers a perfect blend of warmth and hospitality. It truly feels like a home away from home!

The location is central to the mall with great view of gun hill and other hill view. The outside of hotel is well maintained and looks are awesome.

The way towards hotel, you have to climb slightly and descent, but it’s fine considering the hill station and it’s rewards with view.

The property is good housing it’s own restaurant. Room was spacious and clean. Good view of the valley from the room and courteous staff. Facilities available as mentioned. Location is on mall road right in the heart. Inhouse restaurant serves good Indian food

Nothing in specific everything was good. Just one suggestion for staff to smile a little more. A smile can make the guest feel more warmth and at home.

Food and Staff is best at hotel...Only my concern is I booked the hotel through Booking.com and it's clearly mentioned that breakfast is included but at hotel they deined to serve Breakfast. Rest everything is good. Actually hotel is occupied via OYO and we booked Via Booking.com, so look like they is some issue between Oyo and Booking.com and customer need to bear the issue.

Need some more improvement in room structure..Rest everything is good like food, staff, cleaning etc.

They Charged Extra Money When We Reached There On Booking.Com Total Price Showing 2064 But They Charge 2326. This Is Very Disappointing And This Is The Loopholes Of Booking.Com Because They Don't Have Any Contact Or Customer Support Number.

Everything was good from location to stay and food.

Washroom toilet seat was uncomfortable, as it was shaking while sitting. Also water glasses were not properly cleaned.
