Need to improve food...

Location of hotel is within Mall road. Room was nice. staff was helpful. I did not have breakfast in hotel as I realised that it was costly and I preferred to have outside.

Hotel management offered me to drop to mall road by hotel car and I accepted the offer. After keeps on waiting for 45 minutes, but they could not arrange transport. They should not offer which they are unable to deliver.

The staff was extremely helpful. We made friends with everyone: Mayank, Mampi, Mathew, Vinod, Rahul, Chef Shishpal, Neeraj, Manpal, Vipul, Aniket, Arunima, Pankaj, Vikas, Vikesh, Purushottam. The general manager, Pulkit Bhagat, was leading the team from the front vis-a-vis just managing the team. The food was sumptuous. The terrace and the bonfire Christmas party on it were awesome. The rooms were spacious, clean and loaded with all the amenities, including heated beds! Heaven!

View from the hotel is mesmerizing, 100m from mall road and you can walk to camel road to get a beautiful view of mountains, peace and calm and nice value if you are with family. Breakfast is too good and meet the expectation. Staff are very cooperative and always open to help especially Aniket who is very nice guy and had met us a comfortable stay. Definitely in next visit I will opt the same hotel.

The hotel room was amazing with big nice mountain view balcony and see through bathroom. The entire room and amenities were perfect. The place was clean and beautifully decorated.

The location is 2 to 3 kms away from mall road taxi / bus point and everytime I needed to travel somewhere, I had to do a tiresome long distant trek to reach taxi point as no vehicles allowed on mall road...

Good communication, clean and comfortable, nice view in morning, decent hot breakfast

Quirky appliances and TV. Had to call boy to room several times to get TV to work, AC to come on and kettle to come on (wall switch was upside down in last). Also no parking, so at Rs 400/day for a cab, price that into your plans.

The staff is very helpful and kind. The Himalayan view frm the balcony is mind blowing... A must stay if you want to wake up to the Himalayan moutain view. The only drawback is no commercial cars take u to the hotel gate. The hotel ppl provide you with their car service. Otherwise it was the most memorable stay with a fantastic view of the moutains.

Property is just 70 metre away from Mall Road … you can go and walk anytym … rooms was good staff was friendly n helping

Property is little bit over priced as i paid 16000 for just 2 days stay … there is not more option in breaky in this price. limited items in breakfast buffet. They have to elaborate the menu.

Location of the hotel is good. It is a little away from the busy mall road, but can reach the mall road within 2-3 mins walk. Some of the famous places to eat in Mussoorie are close by. The scenery outside the hotel is good. You get a good view of the valley from the hotel rooms. The staff is courteous.

It seemed that the hotel is not a new property, hence for the rent charged for the room, I did not feel it was value for money. However, the rooms were clean and well maintained.

Everything was neat and clean. Water was hot. They made sure bed warmer’s we’re switched on before we came!!
