Breakfast is a Buffet at the property. They could try keeping more fruits. The tea and coffee were excellent. They could reduce fried dishes and increase streamed and roasted dishes. There was no sweet dish which was a bit strange. But the overall breakfast experience of the dining space, the atmosphere, were very good.

The play area for kids equipment is old and some are broken. We had a small child and the play area was a prime consideration in the property selection. But we had to protect the child from climbing the slide and horse etc. as they were broken. One important suggestion, there is a particular U-turn bend while traveling from Dehradun where they should put up a direction sign board. We missed the turn and it took us an hour more of driving to reach the property.

Had a wonderful stay at Moustache, Mussoorie. Excellent location - beautiful views + easy access to key attractions. food was fantastic!! One of the highlights was the heated pool, perfect for the chilly weather. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive!! But the best part for me was the central heating — it made all the difference! As someone who feels cold easily, I truly appreciated the warm and cozy atmosphere in the room. It felt safe, homely, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect winter getaway. Highly recommend 💯💯

the room and hotel were clean, quiet, comfy and stylish. Comfy bed, clean bathroom easy parking and access the town center. I like the vintage decor in the lobby!

Location…midst of a street. Which was really off. Balcony was of no use, after paying premium amount, still sharing balconies with other rooms plus, instead of valley views we had street views. No one wants that at hill station.

Breakfast was good not excellent but acceptable. we had dinner and it was horrible experience with the order. the thing I liked was the romm on terrace and the pool which was a plus for this hotel.

Restaurant services were EXTREMELY poor. the order delayed by 30 mins. Shahi paneer should be sweet but had salt in it and I complained this to the manager. our other order was not delivered (veg biryani). the guy taking the order did not even confirm back ... we kept following up on order status and later got to know the order was not even taken properly.
