The staff took notice that we were there for our 2 anniversary. They also made it a point to include us in their 12th anniversary celebrations. We were made to feel special and the staff gave us a lot of surprises to make us feel valued and made our anniversary stay memorable.

The breakfast was good but the spread could have been better. Some food lacked seasoning. Indian food in particular should have the appropriate seasoning as per Indian standards, e.g., the toor daal served to us did not have the typical tempering. But still that was not a dampener.

I was curious to see Navi Mumbai and get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Mumbai. I was pleasantly surprised and would stay in the area again and especially the hotel. Special thanks to Swapnil for helping me with the trains to get to Mumbai. He was very professional and informative about getting around the city. Really loved the breakfast and dinner. Service was exception as well! Thanks Vinod & Ashish and Bhopa!

Would have liked to have swim in the pool but the water was a bit chilly. Honestly can't think of anything else that was negative. If you want to go back and forth to Mumbai , it might not be the best place for you to stay.

Liked the food served in the restaurant. Easy access to all cities around.

Quality check on the Food served by the room service . Tea served with insect in the tea kettle. We informed the same to hotel reception desk and room service supervisor. Reason to informed room service to improve their quality check and avoid repeating the same with other guests in future.

The entire stay was amazing starting with the location which is somewhat connected to the city but also away from the city. The room was superb with a very beautiful view since it’s the rainy season, the sight of the mountains covered in clouds and the timelapse of rain was just another level. There also waslarge variety of options to choose from at the breakfast. Overall a must visit for everyone who’s looking to spend their weekend away from the crowd and a little more close to the nature.

Breakfast & room were great. Specially want to call out Swapnil and Swapnali - colleagues at front desk were extremely helpful. I travelled for second time . First time was with family and second time for work . Both of them took great care during both visits. Really appreciate the personalized touch. Thank you.

Wifi connectivity for laptop was a concern

Unlike my previous stay, this time we were greeted with fresh linen and towels, smear-free windows, and impeccable in-room services. The breakfast was good. The gym and pool area were neat and clean. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the gym was stocked with disinfectant wipes, hydrogen peroxide spray, and a first aid box.

No medicines, such as painkillers or ORS, are available at the reception. When asked about it, I was told that they do not stock medicine ever since one patron developed an allergic reaction to some medicine! The lunch buffet was not great (both in terms of taste and spread). The dinner buffet was much better. Food items delivered to the rooms were disproportionately priced.

Staff was very good, very appealing. Stay was very comfortable. The food was the beast part, excellent to Chef Ashish. Will definately come back and recommend to others.

The property is not very old, but the inside renovation should be done in rooms, like bathroom fitting.

The Radisson has one of the best South Indian Breakfast. Made to order Dosas, Uttapams were prepared by the Chef fresh and very tasty. We liked the sambar and chutneys. We enjoyed the Masala Tea. The Mosaic Restaurant also had local dishes available. Fruit selection (Watermelon, Pineapple and Papaya) was cool and very tasty. Plenty of bottled water was freely available at no extra cost. The restaurant manager was always welcoming and looking after us. Staff were friendly and always available to help when needed. In room dinning service was on time and the item sizes were adequate. Housekeeping staff were helpful in providing fresh towels, bottled water as well as Tea/Coffee related amenities. Our room was cleaned every day. Reception staff and duty manager were helpful with arranging local transport (OLA cabs). Security staff always helps with getting the OLA cabs by talking to the drivers.

The property was clean and tidy. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Concierge (Swapnil) was always helpful and always assisted us. The staff gave us great service. The noon to evening manager always helped when i needed to do somethings in the business lounge. We really enjoyed our stay and all round the staff was great.

The breakfast needs to be more diversified and reduce flies in the heat.

They have a really nice pool. Enjoyed swimming. Although there was lot of construction work going on we really didn't get good rest but I utilized time in the pool. The spread was very good in the breakfast.

Too much noise of the construction there was no access to english channels on the Tata Sky set uo box. The rooms need to be sound proof. Lacks digital safe and mini refrigerator. Poor mattress.
