The floor corridors are too narrow . Room had a flickering bulb causing irritation.

I had a wonderful stay with comfortable rooms and great amenities. Special thanks to Bell Desk Manoj for his exceptional service, escorting me to my room and providing a helpful tour of the hotel's amenities. The room was spacious and had a beautiful pool view, even from the basic category. Breakfast was good, although there's scope for improvement. Nevertheless, considering the overall experience, I found it to be value for money. Overall, I was pleased with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The size of the room is pretty good and comes well-furnished. It has all modern amenities, and although the hotel is quite old, the room is very well maintained. We ordered both lunch and dinner from the in-house restaurant and the quality of food was excellent and the taste, delicious. Also, the breakfast was very good too.

Bedsheets were mildly stained. I understand that they were cleaned, but to put stained bedsheets is simply unhygienic, even if they are washed.

All Staff, Room, Gym, Food (Cafe Jade) all excellent service & care. Cafe Jade Manager & staff excellent and the food is of the best quality and taste.

It does get busy with a lot of external functions (wedding receptions etc) and gets a little busy & noisy but not too intrusive. The music etc stops at a reasonable time so not an issue.

Excellent helpful and courteous staff, more than willing to help out. Admirable and prompt technical support. I would like to mention the services provided in restaurant by Messrs Sonu, Shubhankar, as well as Mr Kalpesh at the Reception. One minor glitch, in serving of packed breakfast for us, only one instead of two, but nevertheless, no issue.

It’s cozy & comfortable. Valet parking, good friendly staff, good facilities are helpful.

It was very much warm in the restaurant on the day i arrived as i went to have tea after the breakfast time was over. It was equally warm in the lobby area too. On the checkout day, i told front desk about my check out time - still i received a call from front desk about the same after a while.

Excellent ambience and service Breakfast buffet was very good too Gift shop manager was also very friendly and helpful.

Location Ideal for the business traveller - not for leisure traveller as not near any local tourist shops / attractions

Absolutely wonderful experience. We were given a free upgrade to a Club room and it was a great room with bathtub and a massage chair on top of everything else. The staff is incredibly courteous and willing to assist in any way possible. The property may be a bit old, but has been kept up wonderfully. Overall, an exceptional experience we'd like to repeat in the future.

The rooms was good... bed was comfortable... staff was courteous! express check in check out.. good for a short stay

Although inside the Millenium Business park, the property area might feel aloof in the night... You need to have a vehicle or else it is difficult to even get an auto... you have to walk till the entrance of the business park... Also the wost part about the room is the bath tub in the washroom.. extremely slippery even with a rubber mat... My wife slipped twice and barely avoided an accident in the bathroom... would anyday prefer a walk in shower than this hazardous set up....
