The workers did everything for a good stay: they were polite, did a good job, temember food habits, brought me an adapter as mine wasn‘t working and helped me to a taxi! They never jugded and they always helped!

The surrounding was quite loud, but already quieter than in Mumbai itself!

The location, the staff were absolutely on the plus side.

This is pretty much for all the establishments in India, they should be a lot more options when it comes to food, it’s understood that Indian people are vegan, the rest of the isn’t and they shoul be a lot more protein options then just chicken and eggs, goat and lamb should be available in more varieties not just Indian style. It would make a huge difference. Tv channels are also very limited for international travelers.

The stay was fine, we had what we needed.

Nothing special, but smoking inside the premises is not allowed, that's only my concern, otherwise it is good.

Breakfast was ok

Maintenance was very poor... Door key card didn't work.i had to run reception twice and finally got the key. This irritates when we are tired..

What an experience 😇... Staff was tooooo good and generous especially the restaurant staff (Hats off)....Yummy breakfast..Dinner could have been better although i liked some of the dishes too much (chicken curry leaves starter, pasta and sheer khurma)...and one of the best thing was a spacious, neat & clean room with a mountain view..i must thank Irfan from reception desk who helped us upgrade the room..

Breakfast was not a part of the complementary for the room, however, it could have been added to the amount I had paid. I was aware before the booking hence no complaints.

Very less items/options as the Buffet for dinner for the amount charged, the food menu was totally on the higher side.

Overall experience was good Staff was good. Komal from reception, Vishal from Room service and Akash from Housekeeping were very friendly and supportive. We enjoyed our stay. Location was good. Lunch/dinner/BF is also good but need some other options too. Thanks To all.

The view was good. Staff was very helpful Restaurant staff was also nice and accomodating to tastes.
