The central AC in the room. Could not control or set the temperature to desired value...it would go very cold during the night, becos the thermostat to control the cool temperature was not setting as expected I strongly suggest that each room have a separate split-AC instead of central AC...and also a cieling fan should be there in case we need air circulation in the room to breathe...

This must be my 20th stay at Tip Top Plaza. The only hotel I prefer to stay in Thane is this. Excellent Breakfast and great location & connectivity.

This time food preparation were not up to the standard. I think kitchen staff or at least Indian Chef is changed. Though the breakfast was very good but the in room dinning were not at all good this time.

The staff! Best of the best! Easily the highest rated in my opinion. Easily ranks in top 3 hotel experiences I have had in India. We were also using the banquet for a wedding reception. The best venue in and around Thane without a doubt!

The ventilation was almost non-existent in the toilet in the room we had taken. It was suffocating. That was the only dissatisfactory aspect of our entire stay at the property. Rest all were beyond expectations.

Quick Checkin. Checkout. Kitchen response time was wonderful. I only order Chai. It was nice.

Food menu could be slightly better.

Breakfast had a good (but not lavish) spread. The floor manager was very kind. We got everything we wanted.

The bathroom needs to be updated. The water from the shower runs across the whole bathroom floor to find a drain at the other end. The taps were not modern mixer. The toilet bowl had permanent stains.

excellent continental and Indian breakfast with live dosa counter, good in taste, heathy and hygiene.

Positive attitude of the staff and the overall experience. After a long haul flight, all you need is good sleep and excellent food (mid you, this is a veg hotel, but with lot of non-veg restaurants near by); this hotel provides best of in-room facilities.

I went there for a stay. Best place to stay in Mumbai. Place is very convenient, staff is really good and helpful. Prices are bit high but worth for money.

The Breakfast especially was really good and healthy . It set up the perfect start for the day. The Menus were great pick and the staff was very co-ordial and helpful.

Some Basic stuffs like shaving kit and tootpaste should have been given as complimentary
