Allowed for early check-in as the room became available and allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby while we waited to check in and went outside till the time of check in. Friendly staff. Accommodating our needs. There was an error with our booking and helped us change it to our needs with a reasonable charge.

Generally everything was okay. There wasn't a good selection for breakfast. The price of food at the restaurant could be a bit more reasonable. We were unable to get the beds as we had booked, i.e., double instead of 2 x single.

I had a fantastic stay at Ginger Thane — it's a great place for a family stay. One thing I really appreciated was that I slept in quite late and missed breakfast, but Mr.Abhishek went out of his way to help by arranging for the restaurant to send breakfast to my room. Thank you so much team!!
