The property is very clean, staffs are execellent, we booked the “Clasic Room” but on check-in we were offered “pristine room”. The reception staff specifically Miss Aditi was very polite and humble and offered us the pristine room as we were 3 member. and the room was really good. Will always choose this hotel whenever I go to mumbai. Breakfast too was excellent. There are lots of restaurants and shopping malls nearby

Location of the hotel is very close to the Vashi bridge to access to Mumbai is good. Vashi station is also close by. Additionally, its very close to Inorbit Vashi and a lot of restaurants. Something's Fishy and Cafe Vihar which are inside the hotel are also very excellent.

The rooms are pretty old fashioned and outdated in terms of the ambience. The rooms are not very sound proof. The lobby music, conversations in the corridor and traffic on the roads is clearly heard in the room. The upper floors of the hotel are under renovation and the sound was very disturbing during the day. Would request the hotel to reduce the volume of the music in corridors, or upgrade the doors. Rooms are very old and in need for some renovation. Patchwork of previous renovations is clearly visible in several places.

Breakfast spread is good. Fruits spread, food spread, Indian, Asian, western style choices of food. Hotel automatically provide adaptors for universal usage, 4x 500ml bottles mineral water provided every day Location is walking distance to a shopping mall. Pricing a little expensive though

Had a great one-day stay at The Regenza by Tunga. The room was spotless and very well-maintained. Special thanks to Firoz from housekeeping for his prompt and polite service. The highlight was the amazing breakfast—fresh, tasty, and with plenty of variety. Staff was courteous, and overall cleanliness was top-notch. Highly recommend for a short and comfortable stay!

The Regenza by Tunga was the best hotel I stayed at on my trip to Mumbai in July 2023. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Nitu and Rahul, our receptionists who help us talk to drivers, uber and always do so with care and care so that they always know that we are protected in the city. They try to guide everyone who came to pick me up as well as those who took me somewhere for a walk. Drivers often don't speak English, but Nitu and Rahul speak many languages spoken in India and help foreigners a lot to get on and off at all times. The location of the hotel is strategic, it is easy to find near the station and close to major avenues for easy access to both Navi Mumbai and Mumbai. At reception I was looked after with excellence by Shraddha, Sanjana, Akram, Shubham and the lovely Vijay who carried my bags. They helped me with all my questions and were very careful, including helping me not to miss my boarding time on my return. They asked every day how my stay was going, if there was anything I might need and how they could make my experience more suitable. I've been alone, I'm female, single and I travel a lot in many countries, in many other hotels I've been in India, not all have protected me like The Regenza by Tunga. My room was impeccably maintained and made more cheerful every morning by the staff Amol, Firoz and Prachi, with whom I was able to share my days and activities on a daily basis. To the breakfast staff Tejas, Depak and Premisha, I'd like to thank you for the neatness of preparing my omelettes every morning for breakfast, to my liking. Thanks also to the kitchen, which at all times served my meals in the room, always with a treat, a flower, in generous quantities and ensuring that I was fully satisfied. Although I don't like pepper very much, every meal was carefully crafted for my well-being.

Room comfortable and clean with extremely helpful and friendly staff, each and every one of them helped me with what ever i needed.

Far from the center of the city but i was so happy, safe and content with all the rest that i’ve extended my stay from 4 days to stay there 8 days in total.

It was lively and I liked the staffs. The stay was also comfortable making this stay special for me.

The only thing I didn’t like is rhe internet connection. Sometimes it would go away and in the lobby of the hotel the internet is not even reachable.

The breakfast was great , they cater for local and foreign guests. The hotel staff are helpful as well as the restaurant staff .

Staff needs training in English , to understand their guests needs abit more .

Room was spacious , nice size of bathroom ,good toiletries , vehicular noise was felt in the room horns etc , location was great overall good experience , i recommend to all

just the horn noise inside room was not liked by me , breakfast lacked fresh fruit juice .....

The staff was very accommodating to our needs . Shadab Anisha and Jabir were excellent and made sure our stay was comfortable and at its best .They communicated really well and very prompt in their response . Tunga serves one of the best breakfast for different kinds of people for different Taste buds . Their breakfast chef is amazing . I loved the way he makes eggs 😀 . They serve refreshing welcome drink which will make you feel calm and relaxed in an instant and probably make a dead man alive . Not sure what it is but it is some kinda cucumber drink . Overall this property is one of the best I’ve experienced so far !!! Thank you Shadab Jabir and Anisha
