Handy to the airport - only 10-15 mins in a taxi. Very comfortable delux bed. Kettle in the room. Plenty of charging points. Nice lighting. Warm shower. Generous sized room. 24 hour restaurant where we had a nice dinner. Rooftop potted garden. 24 hour front desk and a lift.

No view from window. Generally run-down area. Would have liked seats in the rooftop garden. Wifi was weak or non existent.

Hotel took booking at no notice when I wanted to move from the previous Hotel. The staff were great. I felt 100% safe as a lone female. Bed huge and super comfy. Food was great - good range of choice, plenty for vegetarians, room service available. Great for a short stay to explore Dehli.

It was affordable and it is in a really good location. Close to Aero City metro and the Airport egich was convenient. The room was comfortable, and the fan and air conditioning were blissful when returning from being out and about. Bed was very comfy. The team made sure we were comfortable, cleaned our room each day. The breakfast we got was delicious. Can't hear the outside noise at all from inside. And they have a gorgeous rooftop. We booked this hotel after our planned hotel told us at the last minute that they wouldn't accept our booking. Easy check-in after a long flight. We liked it enough to extend our stay.

The hotel managers and staffs were very good and supportive. I being a hotelier for past 18 years was very satisfied for the hospitality provided by the hotel team. I specifically like to thank Mr. Shiv from Front office who was exceptional. Housekeeping Mangarer was very good. The complete front desk managers were very cooperative especially Mr Chaudhury, Mr Vikas,,Mr Vijay. I also met the owner of the hotel who was a very nice person and very supportive. I am from shimla Hill Station Himachal pradesh and my family keep coming to Delhi at intervals of 3 to 6 months and we will definitely stay again and recommend others. This property is near yo airport , worth taking its a big hotel , with limited sevices , i will suggest good service , also in that area a lot of scams are done but this hotel actually exist and its a old hotel but best over there in that price , i booked for few of my foreigner friends the wash room are old but best of old times, staff is also good helful , also its not in a lot of lanes , easy axis for taxis and private cars , also tbey have some space for parking , a small resturent and roof top , and in this lane there is no red light area as well .

This property is ok , i will recomend to foreigners as well , in comparison to manny hotels this is value for money

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in. The front office team, in particular, stood out for their professionalism and warm demeanor, always ready to assist with a smile. Their exceptional service truly added a personal touch to my stay.

One drawback was the traffic noise, which was quite noticeable, especially during the late evenings and early mornings. It occasionally disrupted my relaxation and sleep. While the hotel's central location is convenient, better soundproofing in the rooms would make a significant difference in guest comfort.

I was welcomed with a broad happy smile 😁, I liked it. The rooms were hygienically neat. The room service response was prompt. Shri Shambhunath Choudhary, the Manager was enthusiastic and sincere in his duty. The taste of the foods were homely. On the whole, I enjoyed the hospitality of Hotel Airport Grand and wish that they continue the high standards of quality service

Excellent coordination. The what's app team Dharmendra and Mr Suresh fulfilled a safe pick from the airport and every step updated us super responsively. booked the hotel for to appear at the Estonian Embassy Delhi. I travelled alone and my husband communicated all along before and during my stay.

Its not a tough dislike but hotel has wooden materials (floor) so some noise comes BUT NOT A BIG DEAL AT ALL 😃 take earplugs if your sleep is light like feather.

The breakfast was good. The price was excellent Staff were friendly Beds comfortable

No view from my window but that was to be expected for the price we paid A jug didn’t work in one of our rooms and it was the shower was malfunctioning in one of the rooms

12-15 minutes by taxi from the airport. Before arriving they answered some concerns by phone. We arrived late in the night (12am) and the area felt safe, with cars and people around still. The room was quiet, big, pretty clean, with good food service to the room. Perfect option for one night in Delhi after a late flight.

The smell of cigarette. It would be a good idea if they ask if we want smoke or non smoke room, if that option exists.
