It is only a short taxi ride from Airport and the hotel sign is confusing as also in big red letters called Hotel Chand-something. But they knew we were coming. Room at the back was quiet. Simple and clean enough. Staff friendly and car arranged (a lot cheaper than airport) back to terminal.

Confusion with the name.

This hotel was perfect for our family of 4 ( including 2 kids ) as we have stayed room number 302 it's a big in size suite room sufficient for our family members, plenty of space with prompt service, secure, spacious parking with an affordable price, nothing to complain will stay here for next time,near to airport and metro station you can go by metro also from airport, many payment options to pay, all channels are available on tv, bed is cosy and comfortable and surprisingly quiet and close to international airport.

Little noise there on street

The hotel boasts a prime location, directly connected near to airport and aerocity metro station, offering a array of resturant with great food. Making a great choice for travelers the staff were exceptional friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast selection was impressive. Considering Delhi option this hotel comes highly recommended. Free wifi you will get everywhere in hotel, helpful staff, overall memorable stay keep it up.

They should highly reconsider carpets in the room in winters for tiles.

Well located, spacious, great house keeping team,room service has a good food and delicious as I requested to visit there kitchen so I went there and it's really neat and clean they way they are cooking food, it was convenient to go around the city due to proximity with various public transport. The service of the employee were good and professional. Staff was helpful in assisting me with the cab booking as I had difficulty with language. Would definitely stay here in my next visit to Delhi.

Location was great with option for shopping, The hotel has ample sun light in the room, well maintained and has easy access by road. Great for family and safe area with many options in hotel restaurant, any assistance is required just talk to their friendly receptionist. Very pleasant Very helpful, friendly staff, superbly helpful attentive to your happiness, very knowledgeable and humble. The cleanliness of this hotel is good and hygiene.

it was really a nice experience to stay in hotel citizen with my family. Best part of the hotel is close to metro station. room was spacious and clean. room service was prompt. every day they provided two bottle mineral water and unlimited coffee pouch which was helpful for coffee lover like me. food served by their in house restaurant aqua was delicious ambiance of restaurant was good especially the staff member's behavior .and maintain hygiene in this all time. we included the breakfast and truly speaking it was covered variety of dishes starting from south to north Indian and thus strongly recommended. Finally we loved to stay there again if we will visit new Delhi would love to stay again

This is an amazing property and situated in a very good location. The views are picturesque and the staff is extremely polite and courteous. The owners live on the property and they ensure that the services are properly provided. I really enjoyed my stay here and this amazing property. It feels like home and is very comfortable! Eager to visit it again I visited many places around this property It is located at a very good location.

The stay was no doubt amazing i have been staying at this property since 2019 and majority of the staff even knows me it's like home now. Respons time is very good.closed to airport, 24x 7 hot water free wifi, everything is Good.
