Location is great and super close to the airport - only a 15 minute drive. When I arrived at 3am the reception staff were super helpful and helped carry my suitcases to my room. The room was fit for purpose and everything worked well. I woke up in the morning and realised I needed a female sanitary products which the reception were extremely helpful with. They went out and picked up some for me - honestly made a stressful situation a lot better and I cannot thank them enough. When checking out I asked for a taxi and they asked me what time my flight was. They made sure that the taxi hurried and ensure that I didn’t overpay for the taxi. Overall great experience from an incredibly helpful reception team.

I got a pick up from the airport as midnight since that's when my flight came in. It is a bit costly but as a female solo traveller i was happy to pay the price. The street the hotel is located looks a bit intimidating and shady at night but is a perfectly crowded, well travelled street and road once morning hits. The staff were so helpful and make the check in absolutely seamless. The room was comfortable, had all amenities as advertised and the reception was on call 24/7. Though my stay was short, I was completely taken aback by the quality of service from the hotel staff and how good it was. Final comments: really good budget stay. Exceeded my expectations

I recently stayed at Hotel Royal INN IGI AirPort, located in India not far from Delhi Airport and I must say the service was exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Receptionist's Mr. abhijit Miss. akansha at the front desk, who were incredibly helpful and made check-in a breeze. The staff members, including Sachin , Rahul Singh and sugam of the people serving me, were attentive, friendly, and made my stay truly comfortable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and cozy, providing everything I needed for a relaxing time. The attention to detail was impressive, and the overall ambiance of the hotel added to a perfect stay. This is a genuine review based on my experience, not a paid one. I highly recommend Hotel Royal INN IGI AirPort, for anyone looking for quality service and a pleasant stay near Delhi AirPort . Everything was fine and good

Nice hotel with fair conditions (not scam as other hotels around Delhi Airport) Clean bed sheets, hot and cold water in bathroom, quiet AC. It is hard to find acceptable hotels close to the airport (unless you stay in expensive hotels in Aerocity), but Royal Inn Igi have normal prices and they are good and clean enough. Clearly marked so easy to find it. The position on Google Maps is correct. Quiet surroundings, even it close to main street

The short road from the main one looks not well, but it is about 100 meters only. The doors to corridor could me more sound insulating, I will appreciate not so hard pillows too (but it is normal in India they give hard pillows)

This hotel is the best in the area. We arrived to this hotel because found out that our previous booking was a fake hotel with fake photos, this happens very often. Hotel was close by the airport, friendly staff, every staff was willing to help at any point. Food service is available 24 hours a day. No noise when sleeping that was one plus point which quite a lot of hotels miss out on. Comfy night sleep and ready for the next day journey. I will rebook this hotel for the future travels.

Overhead shower pressure could be improved or repaired as the shower did not work, it was just dripping 💦 so thad to utilise the old fashion bucket and sit down for bath. Toilet rolll was missing.

Breakfast was good.location is very close to Airport and Atrocity metro.

During our one night stay at this establishment.we found it to be incredible comfortable.Their breakfast offerings in the morning were satisfied and dinner options were equally delightful.if you are traveling to Delhi and require accommodation near the airport this palace is a convenient choice with affordable price. Ideally located close to the airport (it's a 3-4€ Uber drive), the hotel is perfect for people in long transit. The rooms are basic but very functional. The peoole are nice and helpful. The surroundings are quite lively but nevertheless it felt pretty safe.

The cleanliness of the room could be improved (dusty carpets, dirty light switches, etc) but nothing too worrying. The water in the shower could be hotter too.

The best thing I liked was that you will go to your reception. You will not have to wait for checking. Checking is very easy. The staff is also very good and food will be provided to you 24 hours fast and the best thing is that the airport has very good connectivity. You have a distance of 10 minutes to go to Aerocity Metro and Airport. Now you can reach there in just 10 minutes.

Excellent location, close to the airport. Safe and comfortable! Staff extremely helpful and friendly, also good English, communication was easy. From the moment I walked in I was taken care off in every way from room service to help with luggage. They arranged a prompt transport for a reasonable price to the airport when I checked out. Highly recommend this hotel when needing a place before or after a flight. Would definitely stay again, thanks a lot everyone!

Sheets were not very clean when I checked in but problem was solved within minutes so all good!
