The staff are amazing. Especially Biru and the team in the restaurant. Great service and so happy to share tips on things to do in delhi. They were so kind and attentive and the food is great. Really went the extra mile to make sure we had a nice stay. The location is great right near the airport and metro station.

The first time we stayed here we got an amazing room so booked again expecting the same. This time though the room we got was quite dated and didn't feel as clean. Its still a great spot to stay and the positives outweigh the negatives but is a bit hit and miss with which room you get.

Walk for 2-3 minutes to airport metro aerocity station(very close), Worldmark(Aerocity Square) next to the hotel which has many restaurants, bars, Starbucks, Apple store, food court, supermarket etc, you won’t get starving. In-room dining also great! Varios type of Cuisines (Western Indian Asian), vegan and non vegan meals. Breakfast was great. Taxi to IGI airport only 7-10 minutes ride. You have nothing to worry since they can arrange or get you transport anytime. Uber also available. The staff very friendly, polite and helpful.

Only one but not a big deal for me. The water pressure in the bathroom too low.

Location was ideal for the airport and easy to find for taxi or Uber. The service incredible with excellent secure doors and helpful staff who take your bag for you if you wish. Bed and pillows so comfy and the whole room clean and beautiful. Mine with a pool view. Love the swimming pool area, wish I had more time there. Food at a la carte multi cuisine restaurant was amazing

My room sadly smelt of smoke despite apparently being a non smoking room. When I told them they said someone would come and freshen it up but I don’t believe they did. No discount or alternative offered so I just dealt with that and got used to it. It was noticeable if I left and returned

Location: Very near the Airport Breakfast was good. I do not eat processed foods but eat whole foods. For breakfast I had eggs, vegetables, beans, fish in black beens curry. Lunch: Only option that I had was room service. The food was very good. Room: Nice big room Staff: Helpful staff. Water Taps: The taps had a spray system, hence the water usage was reduced.

This is an ideal if not cheap place to stop over before getting an early flight from New Delhi airport. We didn't have long to enjoy their hotel facilities but we did enjoy the pool in the late afternoon. It is a two minute walk from Aerocity and its pubs and restaurants and taxis are readily available for the trip to the airport. A good place for the uninitiated to acclimatise before entering the intoxicating energy and madness of "real" Delhi.

Not a fault of the hotel, but the bars and restaurants in Aerocity are overpriced and inauthentic. There is however an excellent Indochinese canteen set up at the very end of the food court.

Staff is wonderful, there were many of them available 24h, for anything I needed. Food was AMAZING. Abundant buffet with high quality Indian and western food. Laundry service was fast and great, considering it’s India. Room was very very clean and comfortable, great hot shower, bed, linens, but the rooms are one connected with another, there is a door that gives access to the room next to you; and although it was locked, if your unknown neighbor is noisy, because of this door, you hear everything a it was in your room. Also, internet signal was poor considering it’s an expensive hotel where you expect high quality service. Internet speed was all the time running below then 5MB speed, it’s a very low speed, and at times it wasn’t working at all, less than 1MB speed. But their repair service is easy and fast. Hot water in the sink was not working

This is a really nice hotel, proper high standard you'd expect in any city in Europe, Australia or the US. That's not always the case in India, where even hotels that appear like they'd be of a high standard actually turn out to be average when you get there. This hotel is in a great location if you need to orient your stay around flights, as the airport is a short drive way. The staff are extremely attentive and helpful, and the room itself was super clean, very comfortable, and totally silent and peaceful. I stayed twice - once at the start of my trip to Delhi, and I booked a second time a month later because I had such a good experience the first time.

The food and coffee is extremely overpriced. There seems to be a thing in India where nice hotels charge reasonable prices for the room (cheaper than you'd find in the West), but they make up for it in how exorbitant the prices are for even simple meals in their restaurant and cafe. For example, the price of a glass of Coke was the equivalent of USD 6.20, and a chicken burger with about 12 fries on the plate was almost the equivalent of $22. And the cost of water bottles is through the roof. Aside from the food and beverage costs, the hotel is fantastic.

The kindness and helpfulness of all the service staff. Extremely well looked after and excellent cleanliness, impeccable bed linen and towels. The security of the hotel is granted with guards and checks. Good service as well at the concierge desk to organize a city tour for shopping. Bravo to everyone!!! We were able to check in earlier, but the extra price was higher than expected (and no breakfast included). Anyhow we were so happy that we booked again there for last night before going back to Switzerland.

It could improve by not using Dove plastic products in the bathroom. Instead of this brand, there are others that respect nature (for example vegan products). Even as regards the 2dl bottles of water offered for free, they could be replaced by recyclable glass bottles. This would be greatly appreciated by those who are ecologically sensitive...

The staff were excellent. Very kind and caring and really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I was traveling and staying alone so appreciated this. The location is excellent, pool and gym pleasant and the Italian restaurant for dinner was superb!

I felt the breakfast selection could have some improvement (ie better quality coffee and better quality bread and bakery items like croissants)and rooms cleaned a bit better. But that won’t stop me coming back. Thank you to all at Holiday Inn for a lovely stay 🙏

I’ve stayed here three times when just passing through Delhi. it’s close to the airport so you don’t have to worry about taxi drivers taking you somewhere you don’t want to go. Generally, the staff are awesome. very helpful and friendly.

Two small things about this stay: my waiter at breakfast insisted that I scan a barcode to give a 5 star review on Trip Advisor. I thought that was a little presumptuous. Second, I wasn’t sure about how much to tip my hotel taxi driver so I decided to give him 100 rupees. When I did he frowned and said, “Really. just 100? You are a very rich person.” I gave him 200 more and he still didn’t seem satisfied. That was totally lame and unnecessary.
