Five minutes away from Delhi airport, friendly staff. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast buffet wowed me out. For transit stay it was perfect. Couldn’t be bothered to go anywhere. On security - the staff scanned and checked the taxi thoroughly. Also they asked me to check in the knife I carried for cooking at the front desk. They are very thorough with security. It made me feel very safe.

The price of course is not cheap but Holiday Inn lives up to its reputation. The hotel claims to be in operation for three years but I see cracks in the bathroom. Maintenance needs to be upgraded.

The staff are amazing. Especially Biru and the team in the restaurant. Great service and so happy to share tips on things to do in delhi. They were so kind and attentive and the food is great. Really went the extra mile to make sure we had a nice stay. The location is great right near the airport and metro station.

The first time we stayed here we got an amazing room so booked again expecting the same. This time though the room we got was quite dated and didn't feel as clean. Its still a great spot to stay and the positives outweigh the negatives but is a bit hit and miss with which room you get.

We had a very horrible experience at another hotel in New Delhi, so we immediately looked for another one with good reviews and found this one. We were so glad that we decided to stay at the Holiday Inn, it made all the difference in our trip to North India. The location was excellent. It was close to the airport, a metro station, and there were lots of restaurants nearby. Top-notch security and cleanliness just as expected. The staff, every single one of them, were professional, polite, and helpful. Whenever we went out for our day trips, we were always happy to come back to our room at Holiday Inn. We could not have gotten this kind of sense of safety anywhere else. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything one needed. The reception was always there to provide us with anything we needed. We felt the safest here. They also very kindly accommodated our late check-out request because our flight was late in the evening. High praises only! Would definitely recommend to others as well.

Walk for 2-3 minutes to airport metro aerocity station(very close), Worldmark(Aerocity Square) next to the hotel which has many restaurants, bars, Starbucks, Apple store, food court, supermarket etc, you won’t get starving. In-room dining also great! Varios type of Cuisines (Western Indian Asian), vegan and non vegan meals. Breakfast was great. Taxi to IGI airport only 7-10 minutes ride. You have nothing to worry since they can arrange or get you transport anytime. Uber also available. The staff very friendly, polite and helpful.

Only one but not a big deal for me. The water pressure in the bathroom too low.

I was traveling alone… sat in a plane for 16hrs to get to Delhi and was absolutely exhausted and had to catch another flight the next day but there was some issue with the booking made for one room at the airport and I had to look for a hotel last minute. That’s when my brother found holiday inn. The staffs were very helpful.. due to last minute booking the payment made by my brother didn’t go through and they told me they require a physical card to make the payment.. I thought I was done for and will have to go around looking for other hotels all alone but they came up with a quick solution and told me to ask my brother to send an authorization email and it was resolved! Thank you to the people at the counter and everyone else who helped me during my stay there. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family and will sure be back in the future.

Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and comfortable. Service was polite and good.

1) Buffet dinner did not have choice of yellow lentil ( toor dal). 2) There should be more water bottles in room by DEFAULT considering number of persons booked in room. Minimum for 3 persons ( as in my case) , 3 no. 1 liter bottles considering minimum 1 liter of drinking water consumption per person plus water for making tea etc. 3) Also capacity per water bottle in room should be at least 1 liter . Presently water bottles in room are small and much less than 1 liter capacity.

The hotel met all my expectations. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. I even received a welcome hot drink in the room, which was a lovely touch. As a bonus, breakfast was included and it was excellent — great variety and quality.

However, as in many places in India, at the end of the stay you are handed a QR code and almost pressured to write a review on the spot, in front of the staff. I find this quite intrusive, and unfortunately it slightly spoils the otherwise very positive overall impression.

Location was ideal for the airport and easy to find for taxi or Uber. The service incredible with excellent secure doors and helpful staff who take your bag for you if you wish. Bed and pillows so comfy and the whole room clean and beautiful. Mine with a pool view. Love the swimming pool area, wish I had more time there. Food at a la carte multi cuisine restaurant was amazing

My room sadly smelt of smoke despite apparently being a non smoking room. When I told them they said someone would come and freshen it up but I don’t believe they did. No discount or alternative offered so I just dealt with that and got used to it. It was noticeable if I left and returned

Location: Very near the Airport Breakfast was good. I do not eat processed foods but eat whole foods. For breakfast I had eggs, vegetables, beans, fish in black beens curry. Lunch: Only option that I had was room service. The food was very good. Room: Nice big room Staff: Helpful staff. Water Taps: The taps had a spray system, hence the water usage was reduced.

(1) There was not sufficient light in the room. I found it very difficult to read what was written beneath the telephone buttons. (2) I would recommend having millet preparations everyday. We have stayed at Holiday Inn hotel near Delhi airport, for one night. Our expirience was great. The Hotel is very comfortable, well designed, super clean and very esthetic It has an enjoyable and well maintained sweeming pool. The hotel friendly team had demonstrated extraordinary efforts to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you!

The food at the Italian restaurant inside the hotel was expensive and the portion I ordered was so small that we later went to eat and order another portion at the hotel restaurant, and it was excellent there.
