We booked two standard rooms for our family of five, and the staff kindly arranged an extra bed for our youngest child. The hotel was spotless, and the team constantly checked in to make sure everything was fine. Even the smallest requests were handled quickly, and they followed up afterwards to ensure we were satisfied and nothing was missing. We stayed for three nights and truly enjoyed our time. Breakfast was delicious and varied. I especially want to highlight the dinner experience – when my kids couldn’t find anything they liked on the menu, the staff asked what they would enjoy and prepared a customized meal just for them. A special thanks to Manish, the team leader, who took care of everything for us at a reasonable price. We are very happy with our stay, will definitely recommend the hotel, and look forward to coming back in the future.

Things we liked less: the airport transfer arranged through the hotel costs 800 INR.

This hotel is worthy of ten gold stars! They have a distinct policy about diversity, to start. They concentrate their efforts on establishing a socially inclusive workplace, which aims to attract individuals with diverse origins, skills, and ethnicities and provide them with the opportunity to work together as a cohesive team towards a shared objective. According to them, in order for people with disabilities—which might include social, physical, or economic impairments that prevent them from taking advantage of chances—to reach their full potential and live with dignity, they must be given the same opportunities as everyone else. Additionally, the meal service, customer service, and housekeeping all provide sincere and kind service.

I would recommend that they have more of a variety of fruit available at breakfast. Otherwise the food selection and quality of service was outstanding.

Usually, I stay at a different hotel in Aerocity during my trips to Delhi, and I'm so glad that I decided to go with Red Fox instead this time around. Several things stood out to me, and these small, thoughtful gestures—from the time of my booking to the time I checked out—go a long way in building enduring customer relationships. And, in my case, I'm sure to return. 1. The staff are extraordinary. They are polite, helpful, kind, and genuinely lovely to interact with. From the security personnel to the executives, everyone does their best, and this truly stands out. For instance, when my Uber ride had a little bit of trouble finding the entrance, the security personnel not only guided the driver to the hotel's entrance but also ensured I had gotten into the right cab. The fact that the security personnel went out of his way to assist me also reflects the general attitude and approach of the staff here. Similarly, the staff made it possible for me to check in early—which was a big deal for me, having travelled over nine hours and therefore desperately needing some sleep. Additionally, because I checked in on my birthday, they were gracious with their generosity and sent me a lovely brownie. 2. The housekeeping staff deserve special appreciation too. They were prompt, responsive, and overall very helpful. 3. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and came with all the things one would need for a short stay. In fact, I looked forward to coming back to the room after my work day. 4. Red Fox also has a decent fitness centre, which is great. There are three treadmills, weights, and other basic equipment, ensuring that one can have a decent workout session, if need be. 5. Being located in Aerocity comes with several advantages, and Red Fox enjoys those privileges. I had a fantastic stay at Red Fox, and I truly look forward to returning.

Nothing at all.

I have stayed at Red Fox at least three times, and find it far superior to its more upscale sister hotel, Lemon Tree, located next door. What truly sets Red Fox apart is its staff. Unlike Lemon Tree, where the service is perfunctory at best, the team at Red Fox is warm, proactive, and genuinely attentive to guests’ needs. They go out of their way to provide help, early check-ins, or room upgrades whenever possible. There is a strong sense of teamwork, and feedback is actively solicited and acted upon collaboratively. On one occasion, after I casually remarked that the baked goods weren’t quite to my taste (although their food is generally very good), the restaurant manager personally brought a fresh basket of pastries and coffee to my room—an impressive gesture that is just one of the many examples of their commitment to guest satisfaction. The rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable, and the service is exceptional. I look forward to returning soon.

Everything was great, every single time.

My experience was truly wonderful! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed — everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The. check in process was smooth and efficient, which made our arrival stress-free. A special mention to Shivani at the front desk — she was very warm, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Her welcoming attitude made a big difference and set the tone for a great experience. She was able to assist with a great smile. She even offered help and suggestions on what we could do in terms of local things around. Kudos to Shivani! We especially want to highlight the breakfast experience. Sita and Manish from the breakfast team. They not only provided table service with a smile but also offered some great recommendations, which made our mornings even more enjoyable. only wish the room size was a little bit bigger

The staff appeared more than committed to make the experience superb despite clear gaps in overall infrastructure. They were quite prompt & were putting in a lot of effort to take feedback at every stage. The restaurant buffet was ok and I also liked that the mattress was firm enough & not the usual super soft mattresses which do no good to anyone’s back.

The decor and overall infrastructure appeared outdated. The worst part was that from lobby to corridors there was no AC which was unusual for any hotel in the Aerocity. Also housekeeping appeared a bit tired. The bedsheets had subtle stains & blanket tops had black lint over it.

This hotel over exceeded my expectations. I stayed only a night as I had my flight next day. The room was just the perfect size, the bathroom, shower cubicle size, water temperature, amenities were perfect. The staff specially are so good that I was surprised at their level of professionalism. After I was served in room dining food, I received a call from the team to check if the food quality was good. I was very happy at this proactive approach. The food was amazing and the perfect quality. The TV was a smart TV with Netflix etc all options available. The bed and lighting were comfortable with a choice of multiple pillow options. During my check out I was very much taken care of - offered a take away comp snack from the breakfast buffet as I had an early morning departure by Mr Rahul Dahiya, FOH manager with his exceptional hospitality skills. And then the concierge and luggage people. All in all I will come back again, get other people to book in and I am super impressed by this level of hospitality at such a nominal price. Great training, amazing staff and superb brand values. Well done !

Our stay in this hotel was exceptional. The room smells nice and it really feels home because of the balcony and the pool view. Housekeeping team make sure our room is very clean which you can feel it. The food was amazing Manish he make sure that we are satisfied and leaving the place happy. He is very good in hospitality that he offered us extra bakery items and deliver it to our room before our check out time. He is very hospitable and he knows what he is doing. And he even met us the Executive chef of that hotel which we feel more welcome. And Suraj from front desk he make sure that we have everything we need for our next check in day and he helped us with a full smile and hospitable attitude. Thank you all so much ❤️

Having previously stayed at The Lemon Tree Premier in the Delhi Aerocity it was astonishing to find that we really enjoyed our stay at the Red Fox so much more. The Red Fox by Lemon Tree is friendly, quirky and so much better as guests really seem to matter to all the staff. In particular, we were overwhelmed by the kind, attentive and thoroughly thoughtful waitress Shivangi Verma in the restaurant, who looked after us (in particular my disabled wife) superbly and made sure everything was perfect. She is an absolute credit to your team. We are so looking forward to our next overnight stay in a couple of days before we head back to the UK

The Red Fox hotel is perfectly located if you need to be near Delhi Airport. It took us 10 mins to get to the airport for an early morning flight. It was our first time in Aerocity and we loved the hotel surroundings. There are some nice restaurants and cafes a minute away and a very modern mall and shopping area as well although we did not shop. The hotel itself is comfortable enough with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. We stayed for one night and wished we could stay for another. The staff were all very nice from the security to reception and the cafe.

The price of the hotel itself is a little steep for what it is. You are basically paying for the location and the area as there is so much doubt about the hotels outside of Aerocity. The buffet dinner was average.
