Best stay ever, the service I received was more than VIP , it was exceptional, I was greeted with bouquet of roses , a cake, and hand written card to welcome me to India. The whole team from the entrance guards to the house keeping and the reception staff were attentive and made sure my stay was out of this world. Extremely clean and house keeping available around the clock to make sure that the room get refreshed at any time. The breakfast buffet was massive with choices and flavours from all over the world. The spa , swimming pool and the hair Salon were great as well.

The JW Marriott hotel in Aero City is a beautiful, grand space. We were greeted by lovely uniformed staff and concierge who tended to our every need. I’d like to specifically mention Kriti, who gave us her personal number and she assisted us with any request we had. She offered us special rates on dinner, which unfortunately, we did not have time to take advantage of. She gave us a gift each day we were there, including flowers and chocolates. We felt very pampered and spoiled by her. This was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in and I highly recommend staying there if you have the chance.

Hotel was clean with spacious rooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Hotel overall was very nice and it was a great stay. Close to the airport and a short taxi ride to malls.

As a solo traveller, not much ambience around the lounge/bar area. No music or jazz. No live entertainment. After a stressful check-in because my card wouldn’t tap and work I later found that the card should have been inserted. The front desk staff need to be trained in this area. I almost didn’t stay due to this. There are lots of hotels nearby however, one needs to taxi anywhere since everything is too far away. Great for one night stay since close to the airport. I used the computer in the business area and through it needed a wall behind so people walking behind couldn’t see my business I was doing. No privacy when in the computer.

Modern high-standard rooms, clean room, close to airport, high security, spacious room, bathroom with bath, friendly staff, immediate airport shuttle, near airport, clean linen and bed - I was struggling finding a decent hotel close to the airport because many cheap hotels put their location at aerocity while being located somewhere else and misleading people with wrong pictures - while this hotel is obviously more costly for Indian averages, it felt like being in the West and good value for the money overall - great for stopover after or before flying from Delhi airport

They are located in aero city where flights come at all odd hours so check in and checkout is not in clients hands ,they should be more flexible with this , we had a overnight international flight and reached hotel before noon so they wanted us to wait till 3 pm check-in time but insisting early checking they took half days rent .next day we checked out at 4 am ,we stayed for less than 18 hours but paid for 36 hours .i feel they should be more flexible like other hotels

A first tier international hotel. Exceptional service by the hotel staff from the front desk to wait staff at the K3 restaurant to security personnel. Wide range of buffet items for breakfast and dinner. Had a room that was spacious and well appointed. Aesthetically pleasing building structure exuding elegance, and well designed common spaces. Highly recommended.

Nothing much to not like from this excellent proerty, except perhaps that the lighting may be a little dim in some parts of the room and also the K3 restaurant. More seafood options for the dinner buffet would be welcome as well.

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott in India and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is a great place to stay with excellent ambience. The best part is that it is very close to the airport, which made my travel plans much easier. The buffet at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The customer service at the Marriott in India was top-notch, much better than what I have experienced at Marriott hotels in the US. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott in India and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Fantastic staff all round. Bimal at the pool was fab. A lovely lady in the Japanese restaurant completely sorted me out when I’d lost my phone charger going above and beyond to get me one. Great service - worth paying extra for access to the lounge

Really bad lighting in the bedrooms. Odd not to have female attendants on the third floor for the rooms. All men. Lovely but think you should have at least one if two women on each floor.

I was in India to rescue a dog named Snow. Your staff where so warming and loving towards myself and more important Snow. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. This is one of the nicest Marrriott Hotels I have stayed in. My friends and I had 6 weeks travelling India and decided to stay here on our last night. It was certainly more expensive than what we were used, but it was certainly worth the money. From the time we arrived, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and the food and especially the breakfast was amazing. All of the staff go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next India trip.
