The hotel looks new, decorated in a modern and minimalist style, which I like. The room is good in size and clean. The bathroom is very nice. Complementary filtered water and Coffee is available in the room. It is well located close to the airport so it is perfect for a short layover. Good soundproofing.

There was very loud music in the lobby when we arrived, ridiculously loud for an airport hotel (if this was Vegas I would understand), but here you arrive to unwind. The staff is not friendly in general. But the two dealbreakers are that it is expensive for what it is considering prices in India, and also the hotel security is ridiculous, unjustified, and pretentious. There two car security checkpoints, and then a separate luggage checkpoint. I understand security is necessary, but what kind of people are you hosting if you need this level of security?

the rooms were great and the beds were really comfy. food exchange was good too but a little pricy although it's expected for a 5 start hotel.

I am guessing that if you book through booking.com or places where you can get a cheaper rate that they put you in the lesser rooms. I was on the 4th floor where they're doing some construction. The first couple nights I was in a room where the window was covered with a plastic sheet so you couldn't see out and it was a little bit prison-like. I moved rooms and got a better window but I've seen rooms on the other floors being of better quality.

My experience at Novotel was nothing short of exceptional. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly informative, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. I want to extend a special appreciation to all the drivers—each one left a lasting impression. From the moment I arrived, the driver who picked me up at the airport was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind-hearted. The driver who took me around the city displayed incredible patience, calmly waiting for me the entire day as I completed my work—his calm and composed demeanor did not go unnoticed. And lastly, the driver who dropped me back to the airport was equally friendly, and we even managed to chat a bit in Hindi. Despite my broken Hindi, he understood me perfectly, which made the journey even more pleasant. The room service was outstanding, and every aspect of my stay was flawless. I am truly grateful for the exceptional hospitality and professionalism of the entire team. Without a doubt, Novotel will always be my first choice whenever I visit Delhi. Thank you once again, and hats off to all the staff for making my stay so memorable.

He was not only incredibly professional and attentive, but he also took extra care in making sure all my needs were met with a warm smile. Location is great - Aero City is a great place to unwind in the evening with plenty of good restaurants. The rooms are small but functional. Ideal for a solo business traveler but a bit cramped for 2. I would prefer better lighting in the room. Wifi was excellent. Staff courtesy and professionalism are excellent. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of Indian and Continental dishes.

Better lighting in the room. There should be a holder for putting a bar soap and own shampoo in the shower cubicle. Many travelers do not use the shower gel or shampoo provided by hotels. The lighting in the bathroom or at least above the mirror should be better - difficult to shave in such low light.

Everything was perfect. The bed is amazing. The food is very delicious. It's super clean, and the location is 8 mins from the airport.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a smooth check-in process. I came 50 mins early for the check-in, and he told me 20 or 30 mins, and the room will be ready, and someone will call me. I waited 60 mins and no one called me and then I went to the reception and I started the process all over again. Also, they tried to force me to have paid upgrade, and when I said I didn't need it. He kept asking why, and it's only a small amount of money. I think maybe when I refused to pay. He discarded my room, and I waited 60 mins for that.

Very good large hotel with good standards of service. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast has a huge choice and all food is of a good standard. Room service works well. A 24 hour sports bar is on the ground floor. Bear in mind that a half pint of beer ( by UK measurements) will cost you over 8GBP here ,(a pint in India is 330ml) However overall the hotel with its excellent breakfast represents good value. This is more expensive than London. Staff are professional and pleasant. A good stay overall.

Overall the staff was very courteous, right from the watchman at the entry till my room. Of course there were very few staff to attend the guest in the breakfast area. The room size is not going to give you plush feeling, though it is good for a short business trip. The mattress and pillow were very comfy and superb plus for the same. Also they are environment sensitive and few nice initiatives are taken by them for the same. The aerocity district is very happening and it is right there so that is again a plus.

More staff required to attend the guests in the breakfast area. Room size of course you may not increase now! Airport pick up and drop may be offered at a reasonable rate ( up to 1.5- 2 times the app based fare is fine but almost 3-4 times is not good)

I recently stayed overnight at this wonderful hotel with my family. The location is very safe, and the staff is incredibly kind and attentive. The hotel is impeccably clean and well-organized. Every convenience you could need is just a call away. I highly recommend this hotel 100%. In a rush to catch an early morning flight, I accidentally left my jacket with my AirPods inside. A few days later, I called the hotel, and they were very honest and responsive, confirming that my jacket and AirPods were safe and ready to be picked up. I truly appreciate their integrity and excellent service

I recently stayed at Novotel Delhi and, overall, had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable environment that made my stay enjoyable. The food served was excellent, reflecting the high standards of their culinary team. However, during my stay, I encountered a significant issue that I would prefer not to detail here. Despite this, I was incredibly impressed with how the situation was handled. Manager Kushal and Chef Amit promptly visited my room to personally apologize. Their professionalism and sincere efforts to make amends were commendable. They not only addressed my concerns but also ensured I was compensated appropriately, which went a long way in turning around my experience. Moreover, Chef Virender also came to see me, further demonstrating the staff's commitment to guest satisfaction. Thanks to their efforts, what could have been a negative experience was transformed into a positive one. The rest of my stay was fantastic. The room was comfortable, the facilities were top-notch, and the service was consistently excellent. I truly enjoyed my time at Novotel Delhi and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city.
