Beautiful clean hotel. Facilities were perfect and location for a one night stay was great. Would have been a 10 out of 10 if it was for the staff!

Staff! Not all the staff, the porters were great and restaurant staff were good but everyone in this hotel expected a tip even if they had only done the bare minimum. The worst was the reception staff, not sure if they haven’t been trained properly or if they just don’t care but they were slow and did not have a grasp of what needed to be done. Asked 3 times before we arrived for an airport pick up. They just kept asking for an arrival time, ignored my request. Took nearly half an hour to check out. No extras only the room and the girl on reception just didn’t seem with it. It’s a shame because the hotel was perfect otherwise

I had been working in a remote area of India for several months and spent two nights at Novotel Aerocity in New Delhi before my onward flight to New Zealand. I could not have been more grateful and pleased to have done so as this hotel was superb in every regard. They provided professional transfers to the hotel, assigned me an exceptional room and I thoroughly enjoyed the facilities from the excellent breakfast to the well-equipped gym, steam room and pool. The staff were all friendly, accommodating and professional in every regard. In particular, the duty manager named Harsh was especially helpful in resolving a request that I made on my final day in the hotel. I can unconditionally recommend this hotel to anyone in transit in New Delhi for one or two nights. I personally look forward to staying at Novotel Aerocity once again the next time I travel to New Delhi in September.

There was no downside that I experienced while a guest at Novotel Aerocity

the rooms were great and the beds were really comfy. food exchange was good too but a little pricy although it's expected for a 5 start hotel.

I am guessing that if you book through booking.com or places where you can get a cheaper rate that they put you in the lesser rooms. I was on the 4th floor where they're doing some construction. The first couple nights I was in a room where the window was covered with a plastic sheet so you couldn't see out and it was a little bit prison-like. I moved rooms and got a better window but I've seen rooms on the other floors being of better quality.

The hotel looks new, decorated in a modern and minimalist style, which I like. The room is good in size and clean. The bathroom is very nice. Complementary filtered water and Coffee is available in the room. It is well located close to the airport so it is perfect for a short layover. Good soundproofing.

There was very loud music in the lobby when we arrived, ridiculously loud for an airport hotel (if this was Vegas I would understand), but here you arrive to unwind. The staff is not friendly in general. But the two dealbreakers are that it is expensive for what it is considering prices in India, and also the hotel security is ridiculous, unjustified, and pretentious. There two car security checkpoints, and then a separate luggage checkpoint. I understand security is necessary, but what kind of people are you hosting if you need this level of security?

My experience at Novotel was nothing short of exceptional. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly informative, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. I want to extend a special appreciation to all the drivers—each one left a lasting impression. From the moment I arrived, the driver who picked me up at the airport was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind-hearted. The driver who took me around the city displayed incredible patience, calmly waiting for me the entire day as I completed my work—his calm and composed demeanor did not go unnoticed. And lastly, the driver who dropped me back to the airport was equally friendly, and we even managed to chat a bit in Hindi. Despite my broken Hindi, he understood me perfectly, which made the journey even more pleasant. The room service was outstanding, and every aspect of my stay was flawless. I am truly grateful for the exceptional hospitality and professionalism of the entire team. Without a doubt, Novotel will always be my first choice whenever I visit Delhi. Thank you once again, and hats off to all the staff for making my stay so memorable.

The hotel is the same as all the Novotel. I travel quite often so check in was quite smooth. The room was clean and shower was good.

They seem to have issues with their payment machine. I ordered room service and that waiter had to get back to me 3 times with payment machine. He was extremely apologetic about it but it was a hassle for me to keep waiting for him and couldn’t enjoy my meal properly. Even during check in, the payment machine seem to be having a problem. It took a while to check me in only because of the payment machine. Breakfast could have more options though.

Despite ongoing renovation and construction work in the building, I experienced absolutely no disturbance or inconvenience a true testament to how well the hotel manages guest comfort, even during upgrades. The room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, providing the perfect retreat after a long day. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and eager to help their smiles and service made me feel truly valued. The dining experience was nothing short of amazing. From the fresh and flavorful buffet breakfast to the diverse options offered throughout the day, every meal was a delight. The ambiance throughout the hotel from the lobby to the restaurant was stylish yet peaceful, making it an ideal space to unwind. Novotel Aerocity has beautifully balanced luxury, functionality, and warmth. I left with wonderful memories and great respect for the team behind this impeccable experience. I’ll certainly be returning and recommending it to everyone I know.

Location is great - Aero City is a great place to unwind in the evening with plenty of good restaurants. The rooms are small but functional. Ideal for a solo business traveler but a bit cramped for 2. I would prefer better lighting in the room. Wifi was excellent. Staff courtesy and professionalism are excellent. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of Indian and Continental dishes.

Better lighting in the room. There should be a holder for putting a bar soap and own shampoo in the shower cubicle. Many travelers do not use the shower gel or shampoo provided by hotels. The lighting in the bathroom or at least above the mirror should be better - difficult to shave in such low light.

Everything was perfect. The bed is amazing. The food is very delicious. It's super clean, and the location is 8 mins from the airport.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a smooth check-in process. I came 50 mins early for the check-in, and he told me 20 or 30 mins, and the room will be ready, and someone will call me. I waited 60 mins and no one called me and then I went to the reception and I started the process all over again. Also, they tried to force me to have paid upgrade, and when I said I didn't need it. He kept asking why, and it's only a small amount of money. I think maybe when I refused to pay. He discarded my room, and I waited 60 mins for that.
