I like the facilities which is provided by the hotel. The front desk staff was also very good and supportive and the location and the site was very attractive and impulsive...

Hotel provided me a room at 4th floor which is and the room no. was 452. When we checked in we saw that the room was very neat and clean which was quite impressive. However, we found out that in the room there has an door so, I tried to open it I found that there is only one wooden wall and the other room was attached and in that room the people were fully drunked and used abusive language with me which was not acceptable they did that because I was trying to check what was behind that door. ( Kon hai behen ke lode kya kar raha hai) they used it like this. I was not feel safe there at that time which was not good.

The overall design and aesthetic in the hotel is modern and luxurious. The room is very comfortable and the breakfast buffet offers a great variety of options. Location is perfect for those wanting to stay close to the airport, with a variety of restaurant and cafe options just a short walk away. We've stayed in a few different hotels that were supposedly "5 star". Roseate is the only hotel that truly offered the 5-star experience.

The bathroom space in our room was just a little small and impractical. Apart from that, we had a lovely stay.

The best sleep I’ve had at a hotel while jetlagged. The king sized bed and duvet were SO comfy. Really appreciated the free laundry service for single women travelers—someone picked up from my door at 11pm and it was ready by my requested 9:30am dropoff in the morning. Water pressure of the shower is great. Fantastic location—it’s part of a bustling complex near the airport with plenty of places to eat (gotta eat at Daryaganj, the original creators of butter chicken!) and walk around. There are security checks upon entering both the hotel as well as adjacent shopping plazas. Staff is extremely kind and there’s always someone around to lend a hand. Worth it to pay for airport transport.

For the price, I wish breakfast was included. The sliding shower door doesn’t prevent water from splashing out underneath or past the tub, so the floors got very wet. I’ve been told by staff that they are renovating the bathrooms due to this.

Great ambience, Excellent breakfast and on property service, Attentive staff and servers, Clean room, close to airport, I would stay with them again.

booking through booking dot com could have been better, messaging interface from customer view is like IM, however responses from hotel are wordy emails which are difficult to read on small IM popup box. There is a prepayment requirement for finalization of booking which is not handled solely from booking dot com. Lot of back and forth messaging was needed to finalize stay and I was nervous before final week of travel on certainity. I would book directly with them next time.

Hotel was clean and good with good facilities and co-operative staff. But it seems some of the staff is not professional / responsible enough. While checkout in the morning no bell-staff came despite 2 reminders to the front desk and with the cab waiting for the airport. Had to carry all the luggage by self. Front desk not courteous enough to apologise or give a reason to it. Not a good experience early in the morning

Property is best and has all amenities. my stay was short but comfortable.

I was booked at Roseate House in Aerocity but in the middle of the night they informed my booking is canceled and they will have to shift me to their other location around 10 minutes from there, but it took us more than 30 minutes to reach this new hotel in middle of night. I had an early morning flight to catch and unfortunately I had to spend just less than 6 hours sleep to check out again.

sfaff where great they did upgrade me to a better room for the same cost as a normal room..

fridge in room was not working had a call for an iron. when checking out make sure u check ur bill there tried to charge me for a spar that I did not have..room keys stopped working most days so had to go back to front desk again and again.. overall was good

I loved the hotel. Excellent location, very close to the airport and right next to WorldMark, with some great places to eat. It is a bit far out from central New Delhi, but about 10 mins from the metro which is very efficient. You can get about with Uber very easily, though have to bear in mind the different times because of traffic. Though it is very easy to get an Uber from south Delhi to the Aerocity.

My one issue. For a hotel of this calibre, the pool was not heated, and I was unable to use it. (I was there in December). At these prices you would expect that at the very least.

This is a really luxury hotel. We loved staying here. The bathroom is gorgeous and the bath is just wonderful. The bed is super comfortable and the room is sound proofed so it is a lovely place to rest near the airport. There are excellent restaurants and a good court nearby too!

The price of food in their restaurant was really high, so we went out to the nearby restaurants and were spoilt for choice.
