I very much enjoyed the stay at bloomrooms (link road). I am a female solo traveller and felt always safe. The room was spacious, the door has a lock, and there is a safe in the room. It was clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and professional. In the entry area is a sort of locker with extra (and for free) water, toilet paper and other stuff. Also the breakfast was good. The biggest plus for me was that it is close to the metro station. The hotel is on a sort of smaller road (therefore it is not noisy) parallel to the big one. You will need to walk this road until the pedestrian bridge to cross the big street and then it is a couple of minutes further. In total it took me 10 minutes. Overall, I would book the hotel definitly again.

For the price the rooms were decent, it was clean, had free tea, and the beds were comfi and shower was good. The staff were friendly and did everything they could to help out. Convenient because relatively close to NZH trainstation, not walkable though:

The location with the exit to the parralel road to the highway, was not that convenient, there is not that much around the hotel, the second day my sink leaked, they came to look at it and said it wasn’t leaking but I could see it still was and that they hadn’t looked properly. There was absolutely no view out of the window behind the mirror - construction work was going on. I guess this was expected level of comfort for the price.

Located in a safe neighbourhood. Comfortable bed, good shower, strong wifi. Great for a short stay.

Have stayed at this property several times, first time was about 10 years ago and the price has doubled since which cannot be helped. While it is still comfortable, the standard of cleanliness has gone down. You need bedroom slippers as the floor is dirty, and furniture and fixtures could do with a good thorough clean.

Hotel was definitely clean and well appointed. Room were definitely comfortable.Staff was prompt and helpful.Location was ok. Breakfast was good. Common cafeteria was very good.

It's not walking distance from metro station which is the only drawback. Rooms were small if you are with child. Second floor did not have elevator which was a let down.

The rooms are very clean, sheets, pillow cases, towels all spotless. It is much better than a few 4-star hotels in New Delhi. Staff was great, helpful and kind. No pressure for anything, even a mix up with our room was very smoothly managed. Felt quite safe. The hotel is located close enough to nice neighborhood with many options for delivery, laundry, cafes, restaurants.

Ventilation works excellent, but it brings Delhi air, which is super polluted. The fact that you cannot control the ventilation is a minus.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and quiet. I appreciated the fact that the entire experience was fully digitized, enhancing convenience and efficiency.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the cafeteria. All the glass water bottles had green algae at the bottom, indicating poor hygiene; it seemed like they were never cleaned. Additionally, the quality of the breakfast could be improved.

I like the size of the hotel, it´s not too big and it´s a very good location close to the metro station. The rooms are very nice. Also the service and especially the breakfast is very good. Hot water and tea is available on each floor. The whole staff is very friendly and the travel agent is arranging everthing.

There is really nothing that I do not like. Regarding the beds just the mattress is a little too soft.

Their buffet setup is very good. cafe and their tables are very clean. Bloom pays lots of attention to Hygiene. The breakfast was very good but this breakfast was Frozen And the cafe person Birender was very polite.✌️Talking about front desk person shenwaz and Deepak they were very helpful and polite.

There was a lot of noise on the ground floor

Clean, comfortable, and stylish rooms in a quiet yet central location. The staff was friendly, the Wi-Fi fast, and everything was well-maintained. Perfect for a short stay in Delhi. Highly recommended!

A tiny fridge would be welcome

Staff was really friendly, even managed to get me early check-in as I arrived early in the morning. Breakfast was good with mostly local dishes. The hotel was clean and the service great, would stay at Bloomrooms again definitely!
