Excellent location in a private enclave, 10min walk from Humayun's Tomb. It was a charming Bnb in a family home. The host was excellent in providing information and help, even calling me an Uber. Anything I requested was delivered at the precise time. Like a freshly made cuppa at 8am, freshly cooked alu paratha's for breakfast. The room was very clean, the bed comfy, and there was a lovely window seat.

Just a couple of small things. The hot water in the shower was a bit iffy, hard to adjust to the right temperature, though I managed eventually. The floor mat by the bed could have done with a clean. Everything else was fine.

The best thing was Mr. Ajay who took care of us from the first moment I made the reservation until we left! The room was spacious and had very nice colonial style interior. The breakfast was in western style and the coffee was great! (Italian taste!) The small outdoor place was lovely and the staff who worked with the rooms were all very kind. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and the area quiet and green! I can really recommend this place!

The bed was spacious but little bit hard…

Probably the best experience in terms of hotels that we’ve had in India. Great quiet and green area from where it is easy to access other locations. The owner Ajay was so caring and helpful the whole stay, making extra effort to increase the comfort stay for us. I had a sore throat and asked for traditional Indian honey-ginger-lemon drink (it was not included in breakfast) and immediately got it. Also, it feels very nice and cozy to have breakfast at the garden.

A huge thank you to our host! He was VERY kind and helpful. In addition to the normal check in and out process, he offered us highly detailed information about tours, and even helped make us a travel plan. The breakfast was nice (indian style) every day and the front garden was peaceful. The property is protected by a security checkpoint and is nice and secure. Bottled water was provided free of charge at all times and everything we needed was taken care of right away. We did not have local currency and the host lent us enough money to get taxis, enjoy the first day, visit the exchange office, and return to the accommodation! The owner even helped us AFTER our stay with his local knowledge when we needed something. This was the first place we stayed after arriving in India and it was the perfect landing spot. Excellent communication, always available to answer questions and help if needed.

Ajay was the best host! Good communication and advice on transport before arrival, made me a personalised day plan to visit the highlights nearby on my first day and even lent me money as I didn't have any atm luck yet. Drove us to (many..) ATM the next day and showed us the shortcut to walk to the train station. Room is very large and beautifully decorated and clean. Breakfast was fresh, local and delicious. Nice safe neighboorhood to walk alone as a woman.

Nothing, maybe the price which was a little high for India but maybe Delhi is more expensive than the rest of Rajasthan

We enjoyed our stay here very much. After reading some horror stories, this accommodation exceeded our expectations. It's in a good location, close to interesting sights. Lot's of taxis available too. We slept good on the firm beds. Indian (fruit, chai, flatbread and yogurt dip - it's probably called different in Indian though lol) and Western (fruit, toast, jam, egg, coffee, cereal) breakfast is simple but tasty. Ajay the host, was amazing. Very accommodating and helpful. This made us feel comfortable in a pretty overwhelming city as Delhi. He helped us get a taxi at 3am in the morning with a reliable service. The room is clean, decent size, has a little desk, chair, air-conditioning and ceiling fan. I also liked that there were a few books and magazines. Not too much noice at night, I could sleep without my ear plugs :p.

As traveling is already polluting in it's own way, during travels I like to make the more sustainable choice whenever possible. It was very nice there was water available, but a suggestion would be water filling stations for people to fill up their own bottles instead the use of single use plastic bottles.

Exactly what we had hoped for - a quiet place that felt like a home in the midst of a busy city. Ajay is a great host - helped organize a guide for an afternoon walking tour in Old Delhi for us. We had two rooms for our family near rear patio, with a separate space for breakfast in the morning. The Wifi was strong. Transport to other parts of city (Uber, tuk tuk) not a problem, and we were close to many things to see; Humayun's Tomb is a short walk nearby. Lovely leafy streets - would happily stay here again.

We booked for proximity to the train station but that's not the only great thing bout this location - it's in a lovely leafy suburb which was quite quiet for Delhi. Short walk to Humayun's Tomb and Sunder Park - really nice attractions. Host AJ was great and helped with a day plan for us and arranged a cheap taxi to airport. Delicious breakfast. Spacious, quiet rooms. Would stay again.

Wouldn't change much. Not much of a communal/social vibe, if that's what you're looking for. Probably a bit expensive vs other similar places in Delhi.

Ajay was a fantastic host and I felt very safe within the property at all times of the day. He helped me a lot with organising guides and drivers. The air conditioning and fan within the room worked well. The Indian breakfast is delicious!

The water pressure in my shower was not as strong as I would have expected for the price point.

Ajay who runs this property is the perfect host. Nothing is too much trouble, he stored some bags before our visit, got us a birthday cake, and was always available on WhatsApp. The property is in an excellent location and has everything you need. Would happily stay again.

Decor could use a refresh and the hot water system took a while to work out.
