The Oberoi – what an experience. I work in the marketing world (branding) and have a deep admiration for how this company truly puts the customer at the center. Before, during, and after your stay — whether it’s early check-in, late check-out, or a last-minute laundry request — nothing is too much trouble. Our children were thoroughly spoiled. They entered the room to find personalized cushions with their names beautifully embroidered on them, and even got to bake cookies with the chef. The location is sublime, surrounded by lush greenery. The food, especially at the Dillih restaurant, is absolutely perfect. All in all, this is where you find the very best of India.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Oberoi, New Delhi, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the quality of service was exceptional. Without even asking, I was immediately offered a fantastic room upgrade, setting the tone for a truly memorable stay. Every detail throughout the hotel reflected impeccable care and attention, making me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous, offering a wide variety of delicious, high-quality options. I also appreciated the flexibility of a delayed check-out, which was handled smoothly and made my departure stress-free. A special mention goes to Yash, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my entire stay. His efficiency, professionalism, and genuine care for guests’ needs truly made a difference and elevated the overall experience even further. Of course, The Oberoi is not a budget option — but if you have the means, it should be your first choice when visiting New Delhi. It’s truly worth every penny.

Everything was perfect.

Absolutely exceptional service. They went above and beyond and we're willing to help with everything. They anticipated all of my needs, the entire staff did an incredible job making my stay fantastic. They also looked me in with an amazing tour guide, Aanchal, who took me around Delhi in a very interesting and personalized tour. I was only on property for three days but I can honestly say this is one the best properties I've ever stayed with.

The only minimal complaint I have, is that unfortunately the Spa and Fitness centre are below the main restaurant and kitchen, so there's an unpleasant food smell that lingers in those spaces. For example, I had a 60 minute spa treatment and by the end of it my clothing all smelled like food, which was a bit unpleasant as I now have to launder them. Some additional air filtering or scent covering in those areas would have definitely made this property perfect!

It's a very modern and clean hotel. The 'welcome' ritual was a nice surprise. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Concierge arranged Delhi day tour at very short notice. Driver and car were waiting for us in less than 30 minutes. Our driver, Rajveer was a Driver-and-Guide (2-in-1) who gave us background information about the places we visited. The Premium Room is of a generous size to accommodate 2 people very comfortably; and nicely decorated. We have tried the multiple restaurants at this hotel and they are all very good. Don't miss out on The Oberoi Patisserie for the nice pastries. Our transfer to and from Haridwar was also arranged by the helpful Concierge for a seamless travel. Highly recommend this hotel.

We liked everything there at Oberoi. No wonder Oberoi sets the standard high. The moment we entered, the welcoming with garlands, customised sweets, welcoming toy, cookie baking session, mocktail session you name it,breakfast and dinner at 360, staff service, the leadership, what else, all of them worked like a machine with enthusiasm and energy to keep the service level high. I know it takes a whole village to keep a hotel like Oberoi with a consistent service level, but I have to name a few whom we interacted the most. First to start with is Aditi, the leader at the front desk, I would say, she pulled off all those sessions to keep my kid active inside the hotel itself and that too in between the busy schedule of Diwali. Thank you Aditi. Our daughter will always cherish those sessions. Gave us parents also our "We time". Next is Jinesh from reception, who arranged our early morning departure to hotel and made sure everything is fine. Sumant from 360 along with his colleagues were just amazing to keep our energy high towards the end of the day during dinner time, and ofcourse with a welcoming smile during breakfast. Thank you Won at the bar for the mocktail session and Muskan at the bakery for the baking session. Our daughter will cherish these memories. Few more names, Nishant, Nokpon, Shangley, thank you all. The house keeping team, I do not know your names, but hats off and thanks, the moment we stepped out of room, i could see the team cleaning and making the room as if fresh. Thank you. We’ve had an exceptional experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived at the airport we received a friendly welcome and our driver was formidable making sure we were comfortable during the ride. At the hotel we were nicely greeted by the staff and we were very pleased to have been able to check in at our room. We had a very nice experience at the Resident’s lounge and we were very well looked after at the 360 Restaurant where we had a lovely dinner. The restaurant manager Pherna and her team went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Breakfast was incredible and the best we’ve ever had. Pherna’s team again looked after us amazingly well and I also would like to mention the chefs that were making sure every food available was of the best quality. A special thank you to Chandrani who was so attentive and kind assisting me with great recommendations and even went as far as explaining to me me the recipes of some of the fantastic dishes which I can’t wait to try and replicate at home and I will for sure remember the great time we had at the Oberoi New Delhi.

Everything was spotless and customer service flawless. Nothing we didn’t like.

The room was furnished to a high standard, quiet and comfortable. Check in was directly in the room and welcoming, smooth and efficient. Tea and coffee were brought promptly to the room. Dinner was superb and the chef immediately embraced our feedback when we informed him we prefer less salt. All in all another great experience. Appreciated the pick up from the airport after a long flight. When our train to Kalka was cancelled at the last moment the concierge made all the arrangements over night to make sure we had a car and driver on hand to drive from New Delhi to Shimla so we could get a good night’s rest and not worry about anything. Takeaway breakfast boxes were excellent.

Every minute of my stay at this hotel was very smooth and comfortable having travelled the world and stayed at many hotels i will say this hotel was impeccable in every respect. I look forward to seeing them again in September this year keep up the good work guys.

Just the assumption that they thought that 2 females travelling with a child would want 2 single beds when we had booked a king size bed. You should never assume just follow what the client has requested.

AMAZING team ! A place with a soul - the hotel is really stylish, bubbling, with sophisticated vibe. The location is obviously top - cool bars, resrourants, street food around the corner. Also 15.mins walking distance from the Gardens. Here comes the best part of it - the hotel stuff really goes beyond and above for the guests. We were treated exceptionally and that gives an unrepeatable luxory experience. We will be back!
