Beds are very comfortable, duvets are the right weight for the weather. The private pool is excellent, you can get meals served to you in the pool. Express laundry service is really good, whites came back slightly bleached which is good. Staff by the main pool are very attentive and excellent. Housekeeping and reception were great too

Reception couldn't hear us from the intercom and had to call us back for us to be able to communicate which was odd. The quality of the staff at Indian accent is not the same, security stared at me in a weird way, I couldn't ease into delhi at all because of this. The toilet in the room isn't very delhi belly friendly

They charged us 25% extra to have our 17 year old daughter with us - no food included. Originally they wanted to upcharge us 33% just to have her in our enormous suite. We did not experience this at the other two 5-star hotels we visited in India.

It was my partners birthday and we came into Delhi from Kashmir for a few days of relaxing before heading back to NZ, I asked the staff to prepare a cake and balloons for him, they set the room up beautifully. Everyone from the front desk to our drivers and room service and the kitchen gave us such exceptional personalized service. I got a little unwell and a inhouse doctor had visited and everyone was made aware and I was being checked in on and reminded to take meds. It was so sweet, I will never stay anywhere else whilst in Delhi.

Large bedroom with large bed and bathroom, plenty of space. Spa was beautiful and food was good, we ate in the Alan and the Indian Accent

Upon check in we could have found out more about the hotel, what and where the restaurants were and showed the spa, breakfast room etc. Also we were on our honeymoon which i had informed them of and I think they missed an opportunity to make us feel special and add to our experience - eg bed decoration or a glass of bubbles.

Staff is very helpful in every moment. I arrived very early - at 8am, i knew i would need to wait till check in hour. Staff proposed me early check in for 50% of amount, but i didn't want to spend it, as i was prepared to wait. But they still gave me the room without paying and because of that i could rest better. All the facilities were very good and they had very tasty food. Rooms are very big and super clean.

Very good breakfast and very good - and I have to say excellent service from the staff. Security was very good. Security chief samite cumber took very god care of us.

Spacious rooms, private plunge pool, and a spa that is a retreat. Service was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and always one step ahead. Food is excellent but pricey. A calm, high-end bubble in chaotic Delhi, perfect for unwinding in style.

It is truly a five-star hotel located in a nice area of Delhi. The staff makes you feel like a valued guest from the moment you step out of the car. The rooms are a good size and are clean and comfortable. The facilities include a fantastic spa, which was the best spa experience I've had in my life. Hope we can stay longer next time.

Checking in took some time. A weird smell came in from the ventilation system for a moment during the night. It went away eventually, but it was odd.

Honestly- fantastic hotel. Spacious rooms, big balconies, very high quality service + really good amenities (proper gym, tennis courts, spa and steam rooms). One of the best hotels we stayed in

Really expensive by Indian standards. Breakfast selection could be a bit better (you could order from the menu, but just takes a bit longer). Hotel organised tour guide was very sub-par (nothing to do with the hotel though) Highly recommended
