We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza!Pooja was incredibly accommodating, ensuring our room had an extra bed, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room itself was spacious, well-designed, and perfect for three people. Not to mention a fantastic bathroom with an amazing waterfall shower with great water pressure and hot water! The staff were exceptional—housekeeping took great care of all our needs, and the service throughout the hotel was impeccable. We also ordered room service, and the food was both delicious and delivered efficiently. Choosing a location in Delhi can be tricky, but this hotel worked out well for us as we had a driver to take us to different sites. The hotel’s location provided a great balance of accessibility and comfort. Would highly recommend for a stress-free, comfortable stay with excellent hospitality! Unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to use the pool or gym but could see the pool from our room and it looked great with comfortable loungers positioned all around it

One minor inconvenience was that outside food delivery services like Uber Eats weren’t allowed, which was a bit restrictive for me as I have dietary restrictions (allergy to wheat and rye). While the in-room dining options were good, having the flexibility to bring in outside food would have been helpful.

Our room / bathroom was very spacious, bed was super comfortable and minibar was always fully stocked up with the essentials which was handy as we didn’t have to keep venturing out to buy drinks/ snacks, most of which were very reasonable priced! The pool was lovely and always kept clean. Hibiscus Spa was 10/10 and catered to our every need. Massage and facial treatments left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. We always felt very safe staying there with 24/7 security outside the hotel. Big thanks to Rakesh for being friendly and always welcoming us with a smile. Even though the hotel is a little out of the centre, Ubers are very cheap. Last but not least the service was out of this world!! Probably the highlight of our stay there. All of the staff were always very attentive and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Huge thank you to Vishal (Bar man) especially for looking after us so well during our stay, a great asset to the hotel!!

Just one thing… we would’ve liked to enjoy some alcoholic drinks by the pool however the hotel isn’t licensed to serve alcohol in that area of the hotel…. it may be a common thing in India though but I’m not sure!

The spectacular view from this hotel is unparalleled to any of the different hotels in Delhi I have stayed at before. The staff are very cordial and friendly, specially Reception manager Shreya, dining room staff Ramden, Nevin. Ramden from Sikkim is the one you like to see in dining, quick and responsive. I liked the way the chef himself came to each table and enquired about food. Room makeup people are instantly available. Very nice experience.

Nothing in particular, except that I missed fresh orange juice for breakfast and dinner.

Comfortable hotel with good facilities. The Restaurant offered a good variety all prepared to a very high standard. The Staff in all areas were very welcoming, helpful and attentive. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was large and well-equipped, in particular the shower was excellent.

The furnishings (carpets etc.) were looking tired and in need of refurbishment or a deep clean - the carpet in my room was stained in a number of places, however this is only a relatively minor point.

I loved everything about this hotel. Possibly the best hotel I've stayed at in India so far. Look forward to staying again in the future. Room was nice, clean and beautifully designed with separate work area! Buffets were over the top good. Service was great! Thank you!

Wi-Fi speed wasn't what I expected and water leaked out of shower onto floor a bit. Both could be fixed next time, staff let me know.

The room was clean and well appointed. The minibar was stuffed full, though I didn’t consume anything. Bathroom had all the necessities too. Breakfast was quite good with a lot of variety. The gym is really nice for a workout. Cabs are easy to get as well.

The breakfast could have done with a better prepared dish of oats porridge. All other dishes were excellent though. They even prepared one for me on demand.

Hotel has good facilities. Breakfast is very good - many choices & the staff is great. Room was quite large, comfortable & very clean.

The stench as you just step outside the hotel is unbearable. And there is practcally nothing nearby - no eateries, shops or medical store. There was a small mall nearby with a few eating places - you need to take a rickshaw.

Breakfast was pretty good, location is also okay if you use uber. Also good pressure of hot water in the shower - it's important and not always avaliable even in a good hotels.

Coctails in the bar were mediocre and lack of restaurants. Only one for the whole hotel. Also w-fi is so-so but still you can use it.

The staff are very friendly and while very professional, able to connect with a bit of personal touch. E.g. although they see hundreds of new faces, they recognized us when we came back. Special kudos to Ajit and Ajivit and other staff in the restaurant. The restaurant is very good with a nice offering of Indian and other cuisine.

Just a detail: in the bathroom, the faucet of the lavatory is not well placed. Also, if they want to continue to offer wine, it would be good to upscale their knowledgeability about wine.

Crown Plaza is a place where a guest feels pampered and welcomed . The property’s decoration was amazing and my room simply perfect and quiet. We were given all possible support by Bhagwan from House Keeping department. We tried both the restaurant and food and service were superb during my stay ……..Chef Roshan, Jeetu , Aayush ,Sahil were really very quick ,served well and helpful. Breakfast was also full of choice and treats. The reception was lovely and very good hospitality by Monisha and Shruti all the time . Checking out was absolutely smooth , Abhineet Chandra was very efficient and charming . While checking out the manager handed over a beautiful jute bag as souvenir from hotel . I liked her genuine interest and friendly and extremely polite staff . Thank you Crown Plaza staff members for making our stay such a memorable experience.
