I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The staff were exceptionally caring and attentive, especially since I was dining alone. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my meal. The food was also delicious, making my visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Just one thing—I was promised a room at 12 PM the day before, but I still had to wait until 2 PM to check in. This was disappointing, especially since clear communication about check-in times helps set expectations and avoid inconvenience.

The front office and housekeeping staff were very good, as were the bell boys. The front-line security personnel were also very polite and consistently greeted us with ‘Namaskar’, which we believe is one of the best ways a hotel can make guests feel welcome. While the overall stay was pleasant, the breakfast buffet and service could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

All the staff we met, from security, reception, Cafe on 3, the gym/swimming pool to housekeeping were extremely welcoming, courteous and helpful. We celebrated my mother's 80th birthday on 10 November at Cafe on 3. The buffet was excellent, and the service from Rohit and his team was fantastic. They made it a most memorable event. We also enjoyed the pool, which was large and very clean. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Holiday Inn Mayur Vihar.

Location - we needed to take the metro, and neither Mayur Vihar Extension nor Ashok Nagar stations were close enough to walk to/from safely after dark. There was also a terrible stench from the gutter in the air, especially in the evening.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were big, comfortable and the fact that they gave us interconnected rooms made it even better.

The location is not the greatest. You may find it difficult to get cabs at times as it's slightly remote from rest of delhi and the cabs hesitate asmthey may not get a return trip. The toilet was not the cleanest. We asked them to clean the washroom properly and were happy to see all the stains gone.

The actual Hotel and facility are great. We had all our activities booked with a guide and did not venture outside the Hotel without a driver or a car, so we can't really comment on the surrounds. As a smoker, it was fantastic that we actually had somewhere nice to sit and enjoy and drink and a cigarette.

The Buffet food was good but not too many 'western style dishes available at night. We did have to keep asking for cutlery as their was either none on the table or they would take it with our plates. Maybe having some cutlery freely available would be good.

I liked the behavior of Kaushik, who supported me and was very polite. I liked the person named Pravesh when I went for the breakfast as he also went out of support and was extremely good, so I enjoyed the hospitality most instead of the breakfast. Kaushik and Pravesh were the best people I have met and should be awarded if this feedback is read and heard. Whether at valet parking R. Raja or the person who delivered water bottles, the night staff and overall staff were awesome.

1- Check-in hours are at 3 because usually, people need their rooms at 12, so it can be changed from 3 to maybe 1 or 2 2 - The food that I ordered from the restaurant was expensive and tasteless, 3 chapatis and 1 dal cost me Rs. 1,896/, and even after requesting dal tadka it was nothing, and the chapatis were not tandoori and tasteless, which spoiled my mood and money. I ate the food only because I did not like to waste the food. The hotel should intervene in the restaurant's quality of food.

The hotel offers International chain's 4* standard. The service staff are very helpful. The pool gives charm, a gym iš available. 2 restarants for dinner.

There is some smell in the area of the hotel. Standards of cleanliness are different from European expectations.

I had booked my stay a week before and recieved a confirmation, however the hotel kept calling me and asking me to give up my room and proposed alternatives which were unacceptable . Apart from This inconvenience everything was ok . In future this has to be rectified by the hotel and its policies .

The kindness and professionalism of the staff helped us enormously. They arranged everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. The safety and security of the hotel is reassuring. The food, especially breakfast was excellent.

The pool was a little too cold to swim in for me.

As soon as you come out of the hotel the bad smell which is coming from the front side canal, you all could definitely treat this problem as done in Europe they put some camical in to the canal water and smell go off, this was the main minus point of this hotel.
