Required timely maintenance, menu of complimentary breakfast not up to the mark. Late checkout should be provided in free of cost for at-least 2 hours beyond the prescribed check out time for the Booking.com Genius customers.

The room was big and spacious..

Well, room was big and spacious.. but had an issue with lighting system. Many blubs in room was flickering, so could switch on only few right bulbs. Also my parents are diabetic patients and they didn't have Sugar free tea coffee . Didn't even have sugarfree pouches. We had booked rooms with breakfast, but the staff was behaving very weird while ordering our breakfast. Kind of felt rude as well. I don't think I would like to stay here again. Well for room size wise it's a good hotel.

Very nice place to stay with family we'll recommend this place to everyone who wants to stay with their families whenever we'll visit Delhi we'll stay at D Capitol awesome place

Just need to change wall paint and should add more items in the breakfast rest everything was great

This is my second stay in this property and everything was good as compared to other budget hotels in this vicinity. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would love to come back for my other stays

A couple of things that can be worked upon: 1. In my bathroom this time, the shower gel was not given. 2. Glasses kept on the cupboard without any tray, plate or even the coasters. 3. The light above my cupboard/almira was not working in the room where I stayed. Small little things which can be fixed and can leave a great impact on regular customers.

Pleasant experience overall... close to IGI Airport... neat and clean room and premises... staff were all very good, descent and helpful... no unnecessary disturbances... it was a very peaceful stay...

The only drawback is "no elevators/lift" facility... only stairs available ...

Great location for one night between flights. The bed is soo comfortable! Room service is available 24/7. It's quick and delicious 😋. The staff is very welcoming, the same person who walked me to my room, delivered room service and gave me a bottle of water. The breakfast buffet is filling and very good. Car service is available onsite to the airport. 500rs to airport and can be added to the bill.

Hotel at this cost is very good but services needs improvement, like if we ask team or any other things get very delayed, usually in 20 min. To half n hour. Rest was good, very specious room, clean with all necessary facilities. Overall good experience. Thank you

This is my Go to Place whenever looking for a Budget hotel near Airport. The service and the Staff is Amazing. Pankaj ji is a great man, always ready to help. And they have a 24/7 kitchen available which you don't get in a budget hotel normally.

The address is correct in booking.com but not the location, yes. When I used direction using map link or Uber, it took me to a completely different location.

Almost everything except two things listed in the next box.

1. NO LIFT. The bellboys moved the luggage to even the 2nd floor by steps. 2. Hot water not there in the room. Bellboys brought it in buckets. Informed reception to get it repaired.
