The hotel staff was nice and professional. The rooms had working hot water, air conditioning and a comfortable bed.

There were cockroaches that came out at night, the hotel isn't accessible by car if you want a car to come pick up your bags and take you to the train station you'll have to walk 2-3 minutes to the end of the gully and find them there.

The stay was pleasant and comfortable. The elevator was tidy and easily accessible, and the staff exhibited good manners and helpfulness.

It would have enhanced the experience if the room size were more spacious to accommodate our luggage comfortably. There's some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness.

The room was soooo clean and everything was in great order which is very rare for Delhi budget hotels. The AC was brand new and kept the room cool and well ventilated. The bed was like something from a five star hotel, new fresh linen and new comfy pillows, again this is very rare for budget hotels in the area. All the staff were so hospitable and friendly and treated me like family. The room service food and drinks were of very high quality but at a very good price. If you’re looking for a nice clean room in Delhi on a budget then definitely stay here as it honestly doesn’t get much better and I should know what I’m talking about as this is about my 10th trip to Delhi.

If you're looking to meet western-equivalent 4* hotels, don't book in this area. Do Radisson or whatever. But if you want to be at the heart of it all and experience Delhi in detail, then this hotel is a good bet. I was very happy with what I got, considering the price. I ordered all my food through room service and also ordered the airport taxi through them. I was happy with it all. It was 45 degrees in Delhi when I was there but my AC kept up and made my room cool. The Wi-Fi was also good, allowing me to work, have meetings, and stream movies.

The loud neighbors in the room across from me playing really loud music. What can you? @ssholes can be found everywhere on the planet.

The location was excellent. It is a walkable distance to the metro station.The room service was good .

Since I am from 3000 kms, we didn't know about the theft around Delhi. Our phone underwent a theft near the hotel. If the manager or any receptionist were aware of me before it wouldn't happen. Anyway through this review, I am giving awareness to the people who are about to book, keep your mobile phones inside the jacket or sweater to avoid the unnecessary circumstances.

I like the room size despite its confined space, it was still sufficient for two people. I also like how seamless it was to pay at the hotel and got the access to the room immediately.

The room was situated besides the lift, and due to this, a lot of people's chattering and noise was coming in, but apart from this, everything else was fine for us.

Only strange thing I came across is advance 500/- payment they collected online before check-in but that's ok, warm welcome room is good facilities is good staff is good, AC , hot water elevator toiletries everything was provided housekeeping was good just a small thing is washroom was little bit dirty and overall experience of my stay for 7 days was ultimately good 😊 Iam totally satisfied

Washroom needs minor repair and slight more cleanliness but that's fine (this is just kind of suggestions for area of improvement otherwise it's good)

It is situated near new delhi railway station and very easy to access. Good service, safe and secure, well staff, fooding facilities available and value for money.

I like everything about this hotel, only one thing which I have seen that traffic jams and cleanliness of the Paharganj area is not up to the mark. Delhi government needs to solve this problem and it is very much essential for the tourism industry and hotels.

I have stayed here many times since more than 10 years. It is a quite good place - but don't expect any luxury. The rooms facing the road are the better ones. Hot water available, the matresses are thick and soft - very nice.

They really have to improve the cleaning in some parts of the hotel.
