The room I was upgraded to with my mother was for people who require hand rails etc..e for the handicapped or the aged. It was pristine clean and the floor shone brightly. Bathroom was again just excellent. Staff is exceptional and goes out of the way to meet customer requests.

The lunch served in my room, a Veg Biryani was extremely spicy and not palatable. Bananas sent to our room were raw as opposed to being ripe. I provided my feedback to the team who viewed my critique positively and went about makin amends to make our one night stay in the Hotel a pleasurable experience. Next day morning the breakfast served was of a very good quality with a variety of options served to suit any palate.

Overall the infrastructure was nice !

The limited access to elevator was very inconvenient as we were a family staying there but the access to the elevator was only 1. Every time we had to go up we had to ask the front desk staff. The room provided to us had very strong smell coming from the drainage hole it was not that bad during first three night but the third night we couldn’t take it and had to change the room during midnight the hotel staff were very cooperative they did help us to shift immediately

Restaurant downstairs offers good dining experience. Staff at reception is friendly enough!

I had my overseas drivers license and they still wanted to see a passport. Found it very weird since everywhere in the world any authentic ID such as license is more then enough. Overall they accommodated me with passport photo. But I believe they should have some sort of international system if you are charging that price.

Very good breakfast spread; F&B Service personnel and the Chefs were interactive and helpful; good attitude. Loved the variety of food on offer. It was nice to see the seniors of the department training and guiding the interns well.

During the dinner buffet, the F&B staff were not sufficiently observant or were slightly negligent in clearing the used plates and bowls piling up in our covers. This needs to be looked into.

Service, food and cleanliness

The check-out counter experience. They put only the food bill in the envelope, not the stay bill. When I realised later I sent them a request to email it. My requests are being ignored. Sloppy customer service on this count.

The warmth of the staff was top notch , from the reception to HK to restaurant and the check out desk ...everything was good

The ala carte menu could be better

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus and they allowed us too later check out because our flight was at night.The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

The location was good. Hospitality was wonderful.

The food was good but I was disappointed in the dinner as we expected the taste to be more tasty but lunch and breakfast was good.
