The staff and service is exceptional. They are very cordial & go out of their way, all of them in reception, buffet, and room service.

The bathroom doors don't have locks on them which is absolutely uncomfortable. When asked the reason The staff mentioned it's as per foreign tourists, which felt absolutely nonsense. Also The breakfast buffet spread is normal.

The whole hotel started in about a month ago and everything was clean and brand new. All Staffs were very helpful and friendly. The food was good and they have international foods with different tastes for different diets.

Location of the hotel is in a very bad part of old Delhi and it is a bit scary if someone wants to walk around hotel during the day or at night.

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Delhi and were extremely satisfied! The hotel is new, clean, and offers an excellent breakfast. The staff is polite and always ready to help. I would especially like to highlight the manager, Amir — he arranged a tour for us around Delhi and Agra, helped us get a SIM card without leaving the hotel, and even organized a transfer to a restaurant. Thanks to him, our stay in India was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone who values great service and a cozy atmosphere!

The hotel is located in Old Delhi, and while the location offers a true glimpse into the authentic everyday life of the city, the view from the window may be a bit overwhelming or uncomfortable for some travelers who are not used to the hustle and raw atmosphere of this part of town.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and equipped with basic amenities. The location is convenient for business in New Delhi and easy to reach from the airport. The buffet breakfast offered various continental and traditional dishes that were well presented and served. This was definitely the highlight of my stay.

The room was smaller than expected for the price and rating. The TV is difficult to operate, and there are no instructions for use. The volume is pre-set and cannot be adjusted with the provided remote. Open bathroom, although it had some mobile doors to pull over, it is not to my liking from a hygiene and comfort point. I noticed this in many high-end hotels

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Novotel City Centre in Delhi. The staff were exceptional — they truly went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. After my long-haul flight, I didn’t have time to convert my cash, and since Uber in Delhi requires cash or Google Pay (which I didn’t have), one of the staff kindly stepped in to help me sort it out. That kind of support really stood out. I was also there with friends for my birthday celebration, and the team made it extra special by arranging a little surprise with a candle at breakfast. Such thoughtful gestures made the stay memorable. The hotel itself was spotless, with great facilities. The rooftop was beautiful, and the gym was well equipped. I really appreciated the gym instructor who gave me a few workout tips — he was so helpful. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi!

The area was a bit dodgy

This is our second stay at this new hotel and commend the general manager for bringing together an excetional group of people that understand customer service is demonstrated through action. We single out Customer Service Manager Ms Shreeja who assited my wife and I to obtain various purachases way beyond her duties. And our favorite waiter Arjay who greated us every morning with a smile and outstanding service. The buffet breakfast offered a huge selection and would be difficult to fault. Lunch and Evening dinning had a wide selection of both Indian and European, with the staff and chef prepared to ensure your meal met with ones expectation. We experienced both a suite and Delux room and found the decore modern and spacious.

Great location, very clean and tidy, staff were so kind, friendly and helpful specially Anshika, very close to everything and nice city view from the room. Exceeded our expectations. The reservation executive was so compassionate. Wifey was in hospital and we could not check-in in time and whilst booking.com was useless and heartless, the hotel showed empathy and did not charge us for one day. Nevertheless, we had an incredible experience and was very supportive and take good care of my wife. We will highly recommend this place and such services are not provided everywhere in India. I really like the Hotel staff specially the manager sammy. He’s very caring for his guest in the hotel show me around. Explained me I really like that I would recommend this hotel to anyone drive once you will visit again and again.

Breakfast should be there for everyone, this makes their hotel reputation in high level.

The property is well maintained and spotless. The rooms are nice size with good amenities. Every single staff member I came in contact with from check in to check out were extremely professional, accommodating and engaging. Can’t remember everyone but Mr Hardeep Singh- driver, Abishek in the restaurant and Mr Dharmendra- guide YASH - gym are just some of the names I Can recall.

Great Location and relatively new property. Facilities are modern and suitable for visitors who hop in and out on their busy days. Staff are enthusiastic to be on service and go beyond regular repertoire of service. Look for Mr. Payush, he'll try his best to accommodate what you need.
