Skon Boutique by Orion Hotels is the kind of place that stays with you. It has a modern, artistic vibe with carefully curated interiors that feel both stylish and welcoming. The rooms are cozy yet refined, with thoughtful touches that show real attention to detail. What really stood out was the peaceful atmosphere—it’s a perfect escape from the noise, yet still close to everything you need. The staff were warm, intuitive, and made the whole experience feel personal. A true boutique gem for travelers who appreciate design and calm.

The location is excellent. right on the ring road with seamless connectivity and nearby Lajpat nagar market to hangout. The room was quite big and clean. The toilet was superb.The housekeeping staff was prompt. One Mr. Chaudhary at the reception was nice fellow.

The entrance to the hotel is not good. The people at the reception were OK but not as warm and receptive as they were supposed to be. Even the waiter in the restaurant was not courteous enough.The food was good but there were lot of flies all around inside the restaurant. Their waiters and attendants were a bit callous in service.

Well staffed, close to markets and transport links. Room comfortable, well presented. Buffet breakfast with multiple options and pleasant staff. Fresh omelette made when requested. Hotels advertised pictures were identical to the pics on Google earth. This was excellent as previous accommodation in Delhi didn’t resemble their advert.

Ongoing building works on other properties, not ideal, but didn’t affect our stay.

Staff were very welcoming, friendly, helpful, and always smiling. I particularly loved their breakfast, which was different each new day. Even though we were close to a major road it was actually quiet and we could sleep peacefully.

I struggled with having the same type of food every day for 5 nights. There were only 2 choices of meals, either chicken or veggie curry. Having said that, the meals were generous therefore I managed to make do with chapatti and the less spicy parts of the whole meals.

This was the best hotel ever. It was a pleasure to stay here and would love to come back again. Best staff and the rooms are too good.

I recently stayed at a skon boutique hotel , and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional service. The lobby was beautifully decorated, setting the tone for a luxurious stay.Overall, I highly recommend The Grand Oasis Hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I can’t wait to return!

The hotel is situated on the main road which is easily accessible. The hotel staff was very professional and helpful throughout my stay. For room service, I just put on the sign while I was away, and they cleaned the room and restocked the toiletries. The room was very clean and was maintained well. I noticed the power went out a couple of times but they had immediate backup so I could hardly notice. Wifi was also good. Shops, attraction sites, restaurants are very close to the hotel so that was also a plus!

The hotel's renovation was not done very well as I could see damp walls, loose fittings, and cracks in places which is an eyesore. The lobby or general area needs to be renovated and decorated better. The TV had Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. but I couldn't get it to work (staff would likely help out but I didn't ask). Did not find a designated smoking area (you cannot smoke inside the room). The hotel asked to pay during check-in (their policy I assume) whereas in other places you pay after checking out.

From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel welcome. The front desk was quick and efficient, and we were in our room within minutes. The amenities were exactly as described. Everything worked perfectly, and the service was consistent. Easily one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in years.

I had booked a suite, the room was really spacious, bed very comfortable. Linen was clean. The WC was not clean but when I complained, they got it done quickly and thoroughly. Breakfast was ok. The restaurant menu could do with some variety. Location right on the Ring road in Lajpat Nagar was big plus. The room was as shown in the photos. Mr Nitin at the front desk was helpful. In all, a good stay and I would recommend the hotel.

Wouldn't say Not Like, but food could be better with more variety.
