Great experience overall

The bed needs to be changed. Could not sleep well in the bed as well as the sofa chin bed in the hall. Room balcony is close to each other. Can literally see into the bed room and jump over into the other balcony easily. Neighbors were singing and showing into early hours and we could not sleep

The location of the hotel was too good and the staff was very professional, the one who stood out was Saibal who was there to make sure we had everything we needed from start to end of our time there. Jaya too was very helpful.

BATHROOM was very small and didn't had continuous supply of hot water. The balcony was not clean and had bird poop on the chairs.

Fir elderly people walk was steep Lack of adequate carts/ buggies for a busy place n occupancy n cost Operating with two carts poorly Maintained.

The valley view from our room was amazing. I have forgotten my watch in the room. Mr Sivakrishnaraman from engineering was very helpful to trace it and handedover back to me. Your beautiful garden maintenance and upkeep clearly reflect the hardwork and passion of your horticulture and engg team.

Sofa bed in the living should be design for better sleep comfort. Hot water system capacity was inadequate for family. It was taking little time.

Good location. Beautifully arranged flowers growing all over the hotel premises. Nice indoor activities. We had a good comfortable stay !

Mesmerising view , Amazing place to stay with your family and friends !! I would specially recommend regarding restaurants where you will meet Mr. Yogesh frankly speaking regarding the food we were really confused because in your property we have found there is no North Indian taste and we were missing it but some of how I meet Mr. Yogesh who help us to have the right food as per my taste. God Bless You Mr. Yogesh 🙌 one more hidden talent Ms. Subhosmita & Mr. Ishwar both are really hard working and superb service.

Checkin time too much delayed and need to improve a lot of Room Service , it’s really too much delayed at list to get a water bottle.Rest of the things you forget …… 1. Checkin time should be quick instead of waiting longer time so that peoples can utilised his or her time, because in during the Holiday we all are doing time management to cover maximum places. 2. Room service should be really work more because of so much delayed we are completely miss to cover sight seen. 3. Kids playing area should more improvements like the cost of the each games. Small children should get maximum chance to play his or her favourite games.

We had booked at Sterling Fern hill for our family vacation. We chose Premier rooms for our stay. We got rooms with valley views and the view every morning and evening was marvelous. The staff were very comfortable and addressed all our requests. The chef made delicious food for our 7-month old baby also.

Services offered by both restaurant managers Yogesh and Chandra was excellent . Got us customized menu , absolutely fantastic taste . A must visit property !!

The hotel does needs conveyance for local travel. Hiring taxis are costly , a more frequency or a taxi auto stand would be great !!

I liked the location as it is in close proximity to all the tourist destinations in Ooty

The value we get for the money we pay could be better with more amenities. And when the property is fully occupied, the guest should not feel that it is full. But this time around, we really felt we had to wait for every single thing.
