Neat and clean property. the initial room given to us had some issues, but the staff was nice enough to change the room despite having good rush due to travel season. Also, there were many reviews saying about breakfast quality etc, I personally found breakfaat was good all throughout my 3 days stay and even dinner. All the supporting staff were very good and polite. Also, there was power back up during on and off power cuts.

May be the road approach is bit on narrow side, especially for those like me who drive and go. But location was good and through maps it was accurate to reach.

It exceeded my expectations the hotel is very well maintained the view from the rooms are very scenic and they helped me a lot for my tour it waas well planned the lunch was tasty thanks for making my stay memorable one.

Breakfast was tasty.The hotel is located in a quite peaceful place very good view staffs are very helpful i would love to visit again.

The property is clean and the staff is well trained. Food is great and the restaurant might not accommodate all guests at a time, especially in the morning. Having enough parking space for guests though the approach is narrow and not tarred from the main road. It has pleasing views of tea estates just opposite the property and great view of the morning sun rise. Overall experience is a good and safer place for family accommodation.

Approach roads need to be tarred.

1. The location is amazing, you can see clouds floating outside the window, lush green tea gardens right outside the window. 2. Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious, wooden floor and walls are impeccable, lighting is amazing, decor is pretty. 3. They provide all the amenities you need. 4. Room service is at a call away. 5. Staff is very supportive, very cheerful. 6. Rooftop kitchen is just beautiful, food is delicious and Kitchen staff specially - Sanjiv, Shubro and Rama were super helpful, sweetest people I met during my Ooty trip. 7. Place is couple friendly. Conclusion- this is the best hotel in whole Ooty since I traveled across Ooty and came across almost every hotel which I thought of booking before I confirmed Windsor heights and I must say booking Windsor height hotel been the best decision I made.

I booked a family room with two double bed cots for 4 adults and 2 children and availed an extra single bed. Price is bit expensive but worth it. Pros : Facilities are all good, staffing and maintenance is proper. Clean and hygiene.

Cons : Couldn't get mountain view for family room + Location which is bit far from town. Hotel is located at a steep slope near Lovedale. Suggests to come in own vehicle.

We booked 2 rooms. Everything is good and best service. Neat and clean room and bathroom.

There was no bath towels and liquid soap container was empty in both the rooms. The bathroom should have been cleaned a bit more properly before handling it to a new client. the way to building is very bad. The cleanliness of dining area was not as expected. The person serving bread toast didn't had a hand glove and also the cut fruits were a bit spoiled. Except all other are very good. Next time we will stay there.

The location of the hotel was beautiful, and the hotel staff was helpful and accomodative. Apart from the beauty of ooty, the pleasant smiles of the hotel-staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

The road leading to the hotel was terrible. It was just mud road. Also, if the breakfast could start at 7:30 am it will be very helpful to those guests who want to start their day early.

Great location, beautiful atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean room with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

The management and staff are good. Nature's view is excellent, and the positive vibes this was my 3 time visit to same hotel just because of good management and view 😀 also good food 👌🏼 you should book for your further vacation a good option with family freinds.
