one of the best features of the hotel is its location, just facing the rose garden, morning you see from the window you can see rose garden and as also its on hillock, and away from main center, the morning view was really good. for morning walks also chilling morning with pine trees and absolure silence was really good. Only for food we have to go 1 to 1.50 kms from the hotel that too at evening or night. all the visiting places are only max 2 kms from the hotel. Even the hotel manager was really good and facilitating. its a go to hotel if you wish to have a silent and peaceful stay.

The location and the staff were professional. Quick response to the room service . The staff in the restaurant especially Ashique was very active and provided good service

The king size bedroom should accommodate a family of four. But it has only one bed which is not suitable for kids.

Stay at Rosepark residency is good.Neat and Clean. Good staff behaviour.

But while booking through booking.com please make sure about the final payment which will include tax charges. We are not aware of this and supposed to pay more 1000.That is unexpected. Already room cost shown high through this app

The hotel Ambience was good, it is located opposite to rose garden which provides clear sight to the garden from terrace. we stayed 3 nights there. The staff was very helpful. The hotel have travels inside to book cabs for sight seeing which is very good. The cab rate was ok. Charged 1800 for sight seeing places in Ooty. The hotel has restaurant inside which serves delicious food at reasonable price.The hotel lacks few amenities like kettle and room heater which is must required for the Ooty weather. Overall a good and happy stay.

The room was really value for money and staffs were also very friendly and the service was very quick if u are looking for a stay at Ooty I guess this is the one. I hope next time I get a room with the view as this time all the rooms were booked other than that it was a wonderful experience

Stay was excellent... rooms and rest rooms were neat ..

Restaurant needs improvement... we ordered veg food.. starters were served half cooked... and plates had weird smell of used non veg food..it was supposed to be neatly washed ... was not happy with the restaurant

As we booked hotel room at last moment so didn't get elite room which is big and more comfortable for family. Rest everything was very good.

A bit more insulation on doors and windows, a bit of renovation is definitely required and a bit more cleanliness in the corridors. The bathroom fittings needs to be changed

Very good location, just opposite rose park and auto stand. Few min via auto from Ooty bus stand. Friendly and helpful staff. They will arrange tour for pykara and coonoor if you ask. Also inform them beforehand for train booking from coonoor to Ooty. Good service.

Everything was good except that phone in room was not working. Also service charge is there is your order in room. Apart from that everything is awesome.

Couple of times I asked for water but no one brought but that's ok.. may be they were busy but most of the time they were quick
