Overall experience was excellent. Including the staff, the food and services. A special thanks to Preethivi from F&B, wonderful person and so service and client oriented. We are from Mauritius and he made us feel so at ease and looked after us very well. The staff overall is very welcoming. The atmosphere along with the camp fire is a good place for a holiday escape. The rooms are a bit old, which is still good in terms of facilities provided though in the room. If looked at it from a different perspective, the old rooms add to the ambience actually.

Staff were exceptionally receptive and courteous. The rooms show aging and the bed mattress were very uncomfortable, too much of spring action. The head position of mattresses were in north direction of the even number rooms in the first floor. Please note travellers now days do not prefer this. A big shout out to the front office Manager Mr. Karthik who guided us about Ooty and helped us in arranging the tour to Coonor and the driver Mr. Bastion who took us to Conor was very courteous and showed us all the places in and around Ooty.

Amazing property. The best part was the super fast response from housekeeping. The booking team helped change our reservation days as we had medical issue. The facility is in excellent form all over. Food was great. They included free drinks and a very well organised camp fire with free drinks and snacks. Even the in room bar and other snacks were really cheap instead of the 3x mark up that other hotels have. They organised a cab and sightseeing tour for the family with car and driver for 2500 for 5 hours that helped us see all the main sights. Overall very impressed and will advice everyone to book the place without any additional thought. The entire staff was dedicated to our care like we were the VIP there. Loved ot

Location is good, rooms are well maintained. Staff is courteous. Buffet Breakfast spread is very good, though someday it was overly spicy and someday normal. Dinner was not as expected from an ITC property. Burger buns were not toasted, dal makhani was watery without topping of coriander, north Indian recipes were not upto the mark. While south indian was good. Chinese dish was good. Overall we lived food outside the restaurant more. South India , specifically Tamil Nadu is known for its food which was missed in this hotel. Rest was very good.

Very comfortable hotel. Welcoming and all staff very polite and professional. Had a great sleep and good food - had lunch, dinner and breakfast. All v good. We organised transport via the hotel for pick up from the nilgiri mountain railway - all there prompt, good driving and polite etc. But it was a lot for what is a very short distance. A trade-off between convenience and cost, I guess for us!

Monica the front of house lady was exceptional - friendly, helpful, cheerful with a Can-Do positive attitude.

Dining room was cramped with not enough tables for the size of the hotel guest list. On our first evening there was a large group tour in the hotel who understandably wanted to dine together. It was chaos, with other diners being forced to unceremoniously wait outside for a rare table to become available. The dining room staff were badly supervised and tables were left uncleared for long periods of time, even at quieter times / breakfast.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The amenities were good and I loved the stunning views from my room. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. I will definitely be back on my next trip and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience. Thanks to Monica.

Almost everything. Its ITC property so can't complain on the rooms and cleanliness. They provide complementary cookie jars and seasonal fruits everyday. The restaurants managers pratheek and mani and Chef are kind enough to come to every table asking for anything that they need outside the Buffet. The front desk representative calls every evening to check if everything is fine or we need any assistance. The hotel car driver sivan is very knowledgeable and he speak nicely with the guests and take to all sightseeing places very patiently. Housekeeping staffs almost come instantly when we call for any help inside the room.

The ala carte rates are little pricy. Some of the recreational activities like cycle and ATV bikes or not available as they advertised.

Just about everything was as perfect as it could get. The welcome at the reception by smiling staff, bellboy taking the baggage to the room. The room was just fabulous. Very comfortable beds. TV, WiFi, Refrigerator, Tea/Coffee maker, all toiletry in the en-suite bath. The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious with a live egg counter and a live dosa counter. All the staff - reception, restaurant waiters, room service staff, housekeeping staff, security - were polite and helpful beyond helpful. Sullivan Court gets 10 on 10 in my books.

There was nothing to not like. Everything was just great.

It was more of a hamlet type Hotel and different from the cosmopolitan type. A refreshing difference with lovely gardens and away from the hustle and bustle. Ideal as it overlooked the city.

Well to be honest, I did not like the reverence to the British colonialist history and the role Sullivan played. It is somewhat contradictory as such history as acknowledged was beneficial only to the British who were permanently and illegally based there.. All of the facilities even in the town were for the British invaders' luxury and not for the subjugated locals. Let's move with the times and heap such offensive and invasive history to the dumps. As a foreigner, I do admire Indian history. Let that be the legacy and not of those who plundered the lands and its people. I make no apologies for my honesty. RAJAN NAIDOO (South Africa)
