Out of 3 dishes offered, 2 were good everyday.

Necessary daily requirements like Towel,Tea Bags,Milk Bags,Soap,Drinking Water they should provide directly without reminding them frequently.Everytime i had to ask for these basic facilities. The amount charged was more than the facilities offered .Other Residents were charged less. The amount not should be much deviated booking to booking (or person to person)

The room the staff and the hospitality was excellent. The breakfast provided as complimentary was awesome overall a good experience.

As they made us waiting for more than an hour due to misunderstanding between booking.com and the fab hotels which was very disappointing

Hot water and Food.

Check in and check out timings. Actually we stayed only 1.5 days, however paid for 4 days due to these check in and check out times.

Dinner was great. Shower was hot. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room had enough space and was comfortable.

Slight dampness, but we were in a room on the bottom floor.

Food was good. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were brand new. The facilities was satisfactory

Road access was bad. Lift would have been better but the staff helped me. Some free compliments for toiletry would be appreciated

Location was good.. good breakfast..

the room was in two floors below the reception, with no lift.. it was difficult for senior people to go down and climb up.

Hotel is good and has good facilities. Good food, courteous staff.
