I recommend this hotel for a luxurious and comfortable stay. It's walking distance from Botanical garden and the local market where you can go in your free time , also we found Tibet market there as well. The facilities were also great in the room. The view of the mountains was awesome from our room. We requested an additional room after reaching the hotel and they provided us a large room at the same price. The staff was very professional. Also they have a travel desk at their reception, through which you can book your entire Ooty and nearby places trips. We booked for all the 3 days and also for our return to coimbatore airport . Rooms and washrooms were neat and clean.

The hotel said that hot water is available 24 hours but on the day of our return, since we had our flight early in the morning, we needed hot water at 5 am in the morning and it was not there. So I suggest to the hotel management to ensure its available throughout 24 hours

Excellent service from all staff starting from Manager to Room boys. Spacious rooms, neat & clean rooms. Restaurant Food is very tasty & delicious. Stay was memorable. Will come again. Will recommend to my friends.
