exceeded all expectations! The location is peaceful and scenic, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly polite and always ready to help. Loved the homely vibes and delicious food. Definitely coming back for another stay

We liked having a balcony, the view was good. The place was a little away from town which we liked, not too far to walk. We declined breakfast, it was served too early for us. They connected us to someone who helped us with a cab to our next destination. Nice folks, nice place.

Highly we recommend this hotel. You can enjoy nature at garden area. We can see Botanical garden from balcony. It is very clean and pleasant area to spend time here. Rooms are cleaned and provides good breakfast. They are customising rooms as per customer requests. Room service peoples are helpful and owner as well. Thank you St.clouds

the bed was comfy and room had modern cupboard and a little terrace with table and chair to sit. views of Ooty are superb from this high view point. The staff were incredibly helpful and even booked me a taxi, checked me in swiftly and answered all my questions.

it’s a little rustic, but you expect that and they’ve done their best to keep it up, but it’s a little shabby in parts, E.g the restroom/ bathroom. there isn’t much in the way of breakfast or “a restaurant”.

Road for the hotel little bit difficult for the beginners.

Amazing property, situated at very good place , beautiful gardens view is also amazing , less options for breakfast could’ve been made better

First of all this is not a hotel but a homestay in the right location. The view from this property is excellent and it overlooks the botanical gardens. The caretaker Arjun was very friendly and helped us with needs like tea whenever needed. There was also some issues with heater switch which was rectified pretty quickly. Beds were pretty cozy and nice. All in all a great place to rejuvenate.

Nothing which I didnt like but access to some eatables and hot snacks would be great
