Room was spacious and clean comfortable for family to stay and child friendly. Breakfast was good mainly the main courses idly and dosas you will get hygenically.

Location was little bit disappointed bcz of the roads. And little bit discomfort for the preassure pump sound on night. .

We booked it at a discount, and for such cheap price the value was very good. It was a basic but clean accommodation with all the necessary amenities. The place is partially renovated (e.g. new showers and tv’s). Staff (especially the manager Gita) were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was included. Wi-Fi worked well most of the time. Parking spots were available. By car it was very close to the center.

The renovation was going on when we stayed so some of these drawbacks might disappear soon. It was difficult to find the property, you had to get on a dirt road in the end. The pavement work was underway though.

The location is great, the room is clean, plenty of hot water, kettle and drinking water. The manager at the reciption Ms. Geetha is the saving grace of the property, she was helpful, warm and extremely gracious.

The pillows has fungal spots on them and the road to has no boards so the direction is a little tricky, breakfast is very late and sourced from outside sometimes which is sad for early travelers or kids who wake up early or older people with health issues... Breakfast at 9 or after is a downside the bed is the worst part it's rock hard and very uncomfortable

Great staff, always supportive and helpful. The rooms are neat and clean. The breakfast is delicious, served in a serene and homely atmosphere.

Stay was good. Good location

One bathroom was not clean. Deluxe room was not different from other room. Same conditions but charge was more. Breakfast was not good.

Room was good and stay was nice. Toilet had bad odour and seat was very small and uncomfortable. Staff was soft spoken and overall stay was decent. Reaching hotel is little difficult but manageable.

The ambience, great homely vibe and gracious and welcoming hosts.

Nothing to dislike. I would always prefer this property over any other stay where hosts are so welcoming. The owner mam made us feel home.

The property was awesome the staffs were great and service was very good the cleanliness was at it's peak.

The route to the hotel was very bad and it might spoil your mood. 80% route was okayish as it was uphill but the last 20% was scary and only big rocks you will find just before reaching the hotel

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. I would recommend this property to anyone who does a trip to Ooty. The property is located in the city centre. It's spacious and clean.
