Location on the way to Dodabetta Peak is great, weather cooler than Ooty town with fog rolling in the evenings make it an experience. The staff were helpful. Good thing is the warm water on as and when required. Food may be a bit lacking in variety but the food itself was very good quality. Last but not least, the Wifi was good. Keep up the good work.

Some indoor activities could be set up which i think the property is in the process of setting up

I liked the room very much my son was super happy. However the weather wasn't supportive to our stay. Staff was very kind and helpful. They never hesitate to assist us. Their service and kind words made us happy and trustworthy to stay.

Weather was too cold due to monsoon as we stayed in wrong season. The reason was my sons first birthday and I chose the right hotel to give us family the best experience. However as mentioned it was horrible cold 🥶. I highly recommend this hotel for couples or adults experience not for family including infants or kids.

Location and room ambience is good . But food over charged and all over otty thy add ajinomoto which spoils your health and doesn't make you hungry. This must stop by the tamil nadu government or should look into food facilities. Staff never came to do house keeping nor they approached. They charge you for every small thing and the worst part is the food quality. They don't have laundry facilities either. The bed covers were dirty too.

We stayed at Superior Chalet Rooms. View is brilliant compared to rest of the rooms. Food served was good. Room service was equally satisfactory. Breakfast have good option to choose from. Close to Doddabetta Peak range so we stayed for couple of days to enjoy the beauty and mesmerising sunrise.

Overall everything was satisfactory. But if you are travelling with a driver, then he might have to sleep in the car. They do have a dedicated parking space but it's not covered so in winters i will be super cold. But Yes, they will provide blanket and pillow for the driver. Overall our stay was good and we will definitely visit again.

Absolutely loved the place... owing to following reasons: 1. Firstly, mgmt upgraded us from Deluxe Room with Balcony to the newly constructed 'Toda-Hut styled Cottages' as a complimentary offer; the Cottages having a better view of the entire Nilgiris (Western Ghats) in front of you. The view from the Balcony is simply jaw-dropping, and I can guarantee you will end up saying... "Wow! wow! what a view" a dozen times every morning at sunrise and during sunset. This is probably the best place in Ooty if you love an awesome view. 2. Check-in was fast. The Manager/staff were caring, and took good care of us. Room service was very personalized; and were immediately serviced. 3. Room heater was a new one and much required during our visit even in the end of June. Since the resort is located near the Doddabetta peak which is the highest peak in Nilgiris and 4th highest peak in entire Southern India, it becomes chilly once the sun sets. 4. Bathroom was very clean, and well designed. Boiling hot water from a new geyser in less than 10 minutes was extremely needed in freezing conditions even during June for shaving, showers etc. 5. We loved the presence of Room Heater, Microwave, Hot water kettle, etc. in the cottage. 6. Bed was comfy and pillows were clean as well. We had visitors in our Balcony as well (wild monkeys, though they were harmless and rather friendly busy eating peanuts). 8. Finally, on the day of our check-out, the Restaurant staff made us a late breakfast, and fresh omelettes, bread, masala chai, and poori-curry etc. It was much appreciated for our drive back home to Bangalore.

Nothing per se. Only we would have loved a King-sized bed instead of the Queen-sized one we had in the cottage.

Resort is located on the hill top with great view and very quite place to relax. Food was really good and staffs are very friendly

Night time temperature falls bellow 10 degree so it would have be cozy if the room are fitted with the heater

I have booked a deluxe room with Balcony and Complementary Breakfast here. The stay here was quite good with good balcony view. 24/7 hot water supply was there which is much important in a place like Doddabetta. Located very close to (2.5 kms) Doddabetta peak. Parking space is there for around 5 cars and others can leave their cars in the road side(hotel's private road) which is very safe. Complementary breakfast buffet is really good with different menus daily. Overall the stay was good.

The bed and pillows were hard and after a long drive it felt a little uncomfortable.

Calm and peaceful, located just a few kms from the main Ooty town. Got a nice wake-up call by the sparrows in the balcony, great view of sunrise. Food was good and the staff were amazing gave us proper directions for sight seeings. Arranged a birthday cake even when I asked it at night

Few more lights on the road that comes to the resort would have been great

The food was exceptional. Timely service of food both in restaurant as well as in room service. In spite of having limited menu, they served high quality food. The view from the room during morning and night was heavenly.

The rooms could have been more tidy. The doors and windows were very shabby which caused room to be very cold during night times. Only one blanket was available. One more could have been provided.

Location, staff. Value for money. Very helpful staff. Nice and quite place away from city.

Never take a car option from staff. They over sell the travel service. Better get from somewhere else for sightseeing. Breakfast can be better with more options.
