the hotel rooms was very clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly there was ample parking for our car, ac was working fine they had kept a hot water kettle, coffee, tea, milk and sugar powder sachets and also a box of tissues, and they had provided a good towel for bathing and a small one for others the washroom was clean and they had provided soaps, shampoos tooth paste and brush adn this property is in the prime location surrounded with restaurants, shopping places

room size could have been a lil bigger complimentary breakfast could have been a little organised watchman/security could have been deployed for 24hours instead of only night duty

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with helpful and friendly staff. Even after I had checked out, they kindly arranged another room when I had to stay back an extra day, and even provided an extra bed complimentary. Really appreciated their hospitality and support.

There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like. My stay was comfortable and the staff were very accommodating.

A delightful experience staying at the Medley regency, the staff are the best, warm, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are beautiful , clean and spacious. We opted for the family suite AKA the royal suite and were very pleased with what we got . Wonderful view from the room and thoughtfully furnished . Best place we've stayed in palakkad ! Thank you to the staff for being so hospitable!

The only thing i was a bit disappointed was the breakfast and the dining area.. The breakfast option was minimal. Dining room was crammed.

A larger dining room and better menu for breakfast would have been better.. Same way if there was a menu in the room to order dinner /lunch would be perfect

Worth for money and comfort to stay with family. Very near to Palakkad Railway station, just walkable distance. The reception staff were very kind and supportive.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Medley Regency hotel. Aparna (the receptionist) was really helpful and so kind to us. She recommended many places to visit and she looked after us the all stay! thanks to her we could catch our train. I recommend this place! The staff were super nice and friendly! I’ll go back there definitely!

Very clean rooms, very good shower & bathroom. Very comfortable beds, very nice staffs. Decoration of rooms & breakfast was traditional and authentic . We would stay here again

Hotel is just opposite to Railway station. Rooms were neat and clean..staffs were very friendly and helpful ..really worth the amount spent .
