Good breakfast and helpful staff

Taxi driver that was booked by hotel there was cheated me and it's not pleasant

The location and the presence of the property. We were more than happy with the overall setting of the property, with the backdrop of lush green Mountain range.. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The restaurant service too was good, thoroughly enjoyed the lunch and the complimentary breakfast. A complete value for money.. Very reasonably priced and delicious food..(I am in love with the paneer Chettinad). The room was well fitted with all the equipment..

The bathroom layout was slightly odd, with a glass partition on the other side of the shower area. Resulting in the wetting of the entire floor post a shower.

Very good and welcoming staff. The food at the restaurant was also really good. The restaurant menu is purely Veg since majority of the guests are visitors of Isha Foundation. Also, there is petrol bunk, mini supermarket and medical store nearby.

The location doesn't have much restaurants available. Hence make sure the complimentary breakfast (8AM to 10AM) is booked along with the Hotel. Also, the kitchen will be closed at 10 AM and there won't be food till 12PM. I request the Hotel management to be flexible with this and allow a buffer time till 10:30AM or guests can pay and get food from the restaurant instead of closing the kitchen.

IT WAS ON DEEPAVALI FESTIVAL PERIOD. SO THERE WAS ABOSOLUTE STAFF SHORTAGE AT THE PROPERTY. EVEN THEN WITH THE AVAIALBELE LEAST NUMBER OF STAFF, THEY HAVE EXTENDED MAXIMUM POSSIBLE SERVICE , ROOM CLEANING, RESTAURANTS SERVICE AND MENU , ALL TO THE FULLEST SATISFACTION. I RATE MAXIMUM IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER. 1. CLEANLINESS 2. FRESH AIR 3. RESTAURANT 4. OVER ALL SERVICE . THE PROPERTY IS VERY NEAR TO ISHA YOGA CENTRE. STAYING HERE IS VERY CONVINIENT TO VISIT , AND EVEN TO ATTEND NIGHT LIGHT SHOW AT THE TEMPLE. PARKING SPACE AVAILABLE . VERY CALM AND SERENE ATMOSHPHERE.

NOTHING TO MENTION AS FOR AS MY EXPERIENCE

Courteous, well-trained and extremely responsive staff, restaurant in-house, good ambience. Beautiful location in a dreamy far-off peaceful village setting.

The bedroom sheets and covers were changed after we checked in and raised an issue. But other-wise the hotel was absolutely clean and the staff were very quick to respond to the concern we raised. Overall, it's seems to be the best hotel to stay in this area.

We stayed in a dormitory and although the room was clean and beds were comfortable but I didn’t like the following: 1) hospital like beds, 2) beds didn’t have a headboard, 3) only 2 beds out of 6 had a bedside table, 4) Bathroom did not have hooks for hanging clothes, 5) There were no stands/tables for keeping suitcases, 6) Bathrooms didn’t have toilet rolls

Reception staff was super helpful when asked how to get to other cities via bus. Hotel and room were very clean and restaurant food is good. Close to Isha. Area is quiet

It's the perfect place to be if you want visit Isha Yoga Center. The people who work are really kind and they listen every request. The room is really good, the food too. I recommend this place, it's my favorite hotel in Coimbatore.

The bed is too soft, I prefer when the mat is hard for my back, it's the only thing that I disliked.

I stayed in this facility for more than 4 times now. What I liked most was the facility, which is new and tidy. Most importantly the staff at the reception and restaurants are very courteous.

It looks like there is a time lag for shifting electricity to the generator. That needs to be corrected. The towels provided are to be changed, as they look quite old. Breakfast buffet is very very limited.
