This is probably the third or fourth time I am staying in Hasco Tower. So, I think it is self-explanatory that the hotel offers the comfortable experience interms of stay and accessibility.

The pricing could be chosen based on the number of days that a customer wants because generally hotels have on- season and off-season rates. Why not have rates depending on the number of days of stay and also a consideration of giving discounts to routine customers? This will help the hotel maintain a steady flow of baseline customers atleast.

The hotel is located conveniently right in the middle of the city. All the places I wanted to visit were within 2-3 km radius. Just step out of the hotel and you get everything right there. Though they do provide parking behind the hotel, the access road to parking is a bit congested and if you are traveling in a big/long vehicles like 'Innova' it would be a challenge to navigate through. Breakfast was good enough nothing great though. The only problem we faced was our AC was not cooling, and we had to use the fan which was making quite a noise. Except this issue we were satisfied with our stay.

AC was having some issue and it wasn't cooling. Access to parking was congested.

We stayed for 5 nights. Nice hotel. Great location, very near Olavakode Railway Junction. Front Desk Staff were extremely cordial and always cheerful. House keeping was excellent. Breakfast was also good. Clean bathroom and toilet. No complaints at all. Will recommend to others.

The room looked way better compared to the photos. Very neat and clean, wardrobe and other things are very well designed to fit the space. And the staff is very nice, and their breakfast is superb.

Sometimes some pungent smell is coming from bathroom if not used for few hours. Not a big thing, pour a half bucket water and its gone.

We stayed at 310 elegance room on 29th April 2023. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids of 15 and 10 yrs old. Hasco's triple bed room well accommodated my 15 year old easily. The stay was comfortable and the room decently spacious, clean as well as the bathroom was impeccably clean..this is the first concern when a room is booked. .10/10 for their cleanliness... The reception guys were extremely helpful and had given an excellent service.. even they allowed us to keep our baggage at the hotel after we checked out and until we returned for it at night.. They had a pretty good and simple breakfast menu and the dishes were good in taste. We are really satisfied with the booking and if we visit Palakkad the next time, we will surely book with them..The location I very close to Palakkad junction railway station as well. Thanks for the wonderful stay! We enjoyed it very much.

Nothing as such..

One of the best maintained although a small property.There is no restaurant.There are several eateries around and just opposite to the Railway Junction.EXtremely good parking bay.Our experience exceeded my expectation.My special thanks to the Lobby guy Mr Latif.

Nothing like that.Everything was in order

Staff, comfy bed, clean, location, parking area

1. The one way from/to the parking area is very narrow and could find big SUVs a bit more driving skills. 2. The linens feel comfy but looks like old/not clean and very cheap. Can make it better. 3. The washroom needs fixations in many things, however not bad. 4. Could put 2 complimentary water bottles for 24hrs/2 people instead of one and need to pay for an extra. 5. Tiny rooms however are okay for a one day stay.

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Room and WC is very comfortable, well equipped and perfectly clean as well. At last, a roll of toilet paper too... Thank you:)

The breakfast was really good and very clean room - good choice of breakfast and the taste was really good.

I think for Dinner, etc., especially for Vegetarians there is Little options - for example there was one restaurant- Taste of Kalpathy just at the door step however this was closed and with elderly people we had to explore the options ourselves as the reception staff were not very sure.

Located near Palakkad Railway station. Rooms are clean,facilities are good. Accessible to shops and restaurants.

Break fast buffet location is tiny, hardly 15 people can sit there.Items are limited and for us, many items were finished when we arrived at 8AM itself.
