I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpfull to give you advice on how to get to places and on what's to see in Palakkad. Their laundry service is excellent too. They dont offer food, but you will find eateries nearby and you can easily get fold delivered there from zomato. I would def. Recommend this hotel!

Accessibility from Town station, cleaning is good and nice Staff.

Drinking water One litre bottle for two persons is not enough. Kettle may be provided on need basis. I found small cockroaches on the furniture's and more attention is required.

What a surprise! I like everything about this place. I was here for the Kalpathi festival and stayed for a night and a half. The beds were comfortable and the wifi was fast. It's located on the main road and within walking distance to restaurants. Shoutout to the staff who were so kind and helpful during my stay.

THE HOSPITALITY OF THE STAFF WAS VERY GOOD. DESPITE NOT HAVING YOUR OWN RESTAURANT, THEY MANAGED TO SERVE US NICELY.

Very nice room, comfortable and clean with tasteful lighting. Good WiFi, 1 litre water bottle provided and toiletries. Clean bathroom. Felt like good value for the quality.

We stayed here for a few days and it was a great experience. And the staffs here behave well. The front office staff and the cleaning staff are all well behaved. 

The service was good at the facility, the hotel staff and reception team were also very cordial and helpful
